Such a great location near to everything and a beautiful view daily property was great we will def stay here again when we head back to Pensacola, my family will also look to stay here for the bowling tournament next July and will share with friends as well

We really enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to some great restaurants and also the beach. The pool and bay were perfect for the kiddos.

The refrigerator was rusted on the outside and the inside drawers were broken. Floor of cabinet under the sink was rotted and falling through. Counter behind the stove was separated from the wall. The guest bathroom shower had no cold water. It was either hot or scalding hot.

The perfect place for family to enjoy a fun and relaxing enjoyable vacation.

The place was very clean and close to all the food and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms were clean. It was a great choice for our family as we enjoyed the Ocean view.

The location is excellent once you park on property you never have to drive & fight the parking lot madness to eat, shop or visit Casino beach. The sunset views from this condo are amazing The condo itself was clean, looks like recently updated paint and floors , the furnishings are basic and a little worn out. The refrigerator is rusted on the exterior but works fine. If you are looking for a place with best access to everything this is it!

Wonderful views. Condo was listed as 9.7 and it has a broken down old recliner and a 2 seat dirty sofa with an outdoor rusted patio end table. Appliances are rusted and from the 90's. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.

Perfect location!! Can walk to the main hub of shops and food/bars. Bed was very comfy. View was outstanding. Needs better check-in instructions as ours were not clear but the assistance number answered immediately and helped us promptly.

The building and view were great. We loved the location and the pool. The unit itself could be updated to match the price and niceness of the view and building. The check in process and communication is an entirely different story… we were not allowed to check in until 4pm. They were not willing to budge to allow us any sort of early check in. We kept having to follow up on check in about how to enter into the building and they ended up not giving us clear instructions that led us to another building to pick up a fob and there was no key fob, just a code. Overall the view and building was the best part of this, but communication, and customer service could be much better.

Pictures don’t do this place justice!Huge space including large living room and balcony. Amazing location - close to all the Pensacola Beach staples like The Dock, Crabs, etc.Great management company and communication!

Perfect location! You can literally walk to the beach and stores. The view was outstanding. Parking was very easy. The place was spacious and clean. It’s older, but clean. I think a new fridge, shower curtain and updated outdoor cushions would help. Either way it was clean and you just can’t beat the location. Comfortable for the 4 of us for sure.

Mini vacation

Great location and clean! Everywhere my kids and I wanted to go was within walking distance. We parked the car on Friday and didn’t move it until we left early Monday morning! We will be back again!

I will say location is AWESOME! You can literally walk to restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, beach and bay from this condo, so we didn’t have to drive! The balcony does face the bay but you can see the beaches too! It was nice sitting outside for morning coffee!As for the condo, it’s nice but the living room furniture especially needs updating and appliances! It was not convenient relaxing comfortably after a hot day in the living area with 4 people! I’d say it may be a little over priced for those reasons! The check in staff were amazing and helpful!
