Welcome to "LAND YACHT"! This stunning beachfront home is located in the gated community of the Plantation, giving you access to the Plantation amenities including two community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, fitness center, bike path and nature trails. Land Yacht boasts five bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, elevator and a private pool. The covered entrance under the house opens into the ground floor foyer which includes a 2nd refrigerator and elevator that services all three floors. The first floor features a sitting area with sleeper sofa, foosball table, kitchenette with mini fridge and ice maker, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large covered deck. On the west side of the home are a queen bedroom and a bunk room that features a twin over double bunk bed and twin bed with trundle. These two rooms share a bathroom with double vanity and stand-up shower. On the east side, you will find the laundry room, a king bedroom with neighboring bathroom that includes a double vanity, stand-up shower, garden tub and a master suite. The master suite features a king bed, TV, direct access to the covered deck and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, stand-up shower and garden tub. The large covered deck features Polywood furniture and a boardwalk over the dunes leading directly to the beach. The second floor features two living areas, dining table, kitchen, half bathroom, master suite and a large deck over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The two living areas feature comfortable seating for the whole family. The half bathroom is directly off the main living room. The dining table seats twelve guests with an additional seven seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances. The master suite features a king bed, TV, direct access to the deck and en-suite bathroom that features a double vanity, stand-up shower and garden tub. The exterior of this home features both under-house and driveway parking. A private pool is located on the east side of the home. Under the house, a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower can be found. Two park-style grills are located on the south side of the home along with a picnic table. (Jacuzzi tub in the 1st floor NE bathroom not operational at this time.)

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, hardwood floors throughout main living area, carpet in bedrooms and ground level bunk room, large covered porches on both levels, private pool (heated for fee), media room with foosball, high chair and pack n play, private boardwalk to the beach, double charcoal park-style grill, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, fish cleaning station, under-house concrete parking.
