Sunset East 202 is an absolutely charming Beach Condo comfortably sleeping 8 in quiet North OC. You’re sure to love the location of this building allowing for your Family Vacation. Upon entering this 2nd Floor Condo, you will fall in love with the thoughtful beach decor and open layout of the Living Room and Dining Area, with seating at the dining table - make the most of quality time while relaxing in the Air Conditioning together, while never feeling crowded with all the open space. Whether enjoying the Free Wi-Fi or enjoying a family game night together, this Condo offers the perfect space to make memories year after year.

The Kitchen offers all the conveniences of home making it easy to whip up a quick snack before heading to the Beach, just a short walk away, or a quiet family meal out on the Balcony while taking in that sweet salty breeze. Sunset East 202 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering a 3 night minimum stay!

The Primary Bedroom with a comfy King Bed and Flat Screen TV is the perfect space for Mom and Dad to relax after a day of fun in the Sun. Freshen up in the upgraded Attached Primary Bath with the Walk-In Shower. Just around the corner, you will find Bedroom 2 which is home to another cozy King Bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 is a great space for the little ones to relax and get ready for the next action-packed day in the 2 cozy Twin Bunk beds. The Shared Full Bath is convenient to the Living Area, has been recently Updated, and has a Shower/Tub Combo. Just down the hall you’re also sure to appreciate the stacked Washer and Dryer.

Sunset East 202 is just a short stroll to the Beach and a wide variety of dining, shopping, and amusements for all ages. You can park the car and leave your worries behind! While you are calling Sunset East 202, the only thing to do is enjoy the magical times to be had with the ones you love most!!

Great place clean plenty of room, beach was close . Overall great vacation parking under the building was great due to bike week and having the motorcycles under cover .

Loved the location and there is plenty of room for eight people. The room with the two bunch beds is probably better for four kids. A Nick’s mini half is located right across the street from the place.

Great place!

We loved our time here. Close to some of our favorite restaurants and activities, and the park. All in walking distance. Plenty of space for my family of 5, and very relaxing week. We left a day early due to a family emergency at home, but nothing to do with the place or OC in general.

Overall we were really disappointed, the couch was in terrible shape and we had to cover it with sheets due to its condition and given hurricane erin we were forced to stay in more than we would have liked.

Cute with Great Location

Perfect for our 2 families! Fun, unique decorations and great beach access! Many walkable attractions and restaurants. Kids loved the bunk beds! Nice to have hose/shower outside building to rinse off sand.

Great Getaway

This rental was exactly what we needed for our kids and their friends. Our teens were able to walk to many of their favorite places and the walk to the beach was great! The check in and check out was very convenient and all of us enjoyed using a code rather than the key. We had a wonderful stay!

overall very nice condo

Very clean, cute stay. It is on the second floor of the the building so be prepared to walk up and down two flights of stairs. The master bathroom is VERY narrow, and the couch in the living room could be replaced, it has a cover on it.

Great decor and cleanliness!

We loved this little place! The pictures are true to what you get. Beds and furniture were comfy. Master bath is very small and narrow but its a great place! Do NOT recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Its 6 flights of stairs. Doesnt look that way in the picture but itnis!

Perfect location For family

The outside of the property is undergoing renovations so it looks a little scuffed upon first arrival but we appreciated plenty of street parking proximity to shopping and of course the beach. There are several flights of stairs for anyone challenged by stairs. A nice picnic table in the porch offers additional meal seating, I would have enjoyed more comfortable seating to read on the porch. Indoors the beds were plentiful and clean. The living room couch is a losing its leather but was clean and comfortable. A great beach stay for our family.

Cute condo

It was a great location, you can walk to just about everything. The condo is really cute. Communication with the management company was great. There were a few issues that needed addressed, and they took note of all of them. The only complaints are the outlets in the kitchen for the microwave, toaster and coffee pot didn’t work, even after pushing the reset buttons on the outlets. The dryer took hours to dry clothes. The bathrooms were very clean, but super tiny. The surface areas were clean, but I’m not 100% that the sheets were changed as there was sand on them, and the couch covers were dirty so I don’t think they were taken off and washed. and a couple dirty utensils in the drawer. I would highly recommend this management company, but they may want to think about new cleaners.

The condo was very interesting. While, I appreciate the sea decor, there were way too many, very large objects used as decoration that took up a lot of space. Large lobster traps behind the doors and in the closet. That space could’ve been used to store stuff that we brought.There was no window in the bunk bedroom and in the queen bedroom there was no mirror so instead of large decorative wall hangings there could’ve been a mirror. The thing that made us the most upset was when we checked in there was a layer of sand across the entire condo. And while the beds were perfectly made, the sheets were gritty with sand. Every bed was gritty with sand like a lot of sand, not just maybe somebody had it on their watch and it got dropped on the sheets. It was the whole bed. The couch was also filled with sand. Property management did spend a housekeeping over the next day and she was a very nice woman. The hallway shower head holder was broken and again property management sent the plumber over the next day, which was very awesome.

We were impressed with this property in both positive and negative ways. As described, it is steps to the beach and fully equipped with everything we needed as a family with two little ones, which we loved. The checkin, checkout, and communication was smooth, which we appreciated. However, while some things seemed new (e.g., shower heads, kitchen utensils), many other items seemed old (e.g., furniture). The living room was not at all comfortable because the sofa is extremely warned, peeling off and covered with dirty covers, not to mention food in between the sofa pillows and under the sofa. The kitchen table was also dirty and sticky. The towels and the bed cover sheets seemed fresh, but the rest of the bedding didn't seem washed. In the mater bedroom, the sofa cover zipper was broken and the bed skirt was very dirty. In general, the linens are not as described or shown in the pictures, and cleaning is definitely an issue (having two little ones, you'd be surprised at the random items they would find). As we arrived during the evening, it wasn't welcoming to walk into the place with poor lighing either; there are plenty of lighting devices but the bulbs are so weak. In my opinion, a good cleaning company and stronger light would be worth investing in, it would make the place so much better. Also, getting rid of some unnecessary furniture could make it even better (the living room area has a row of cabinets, additional fridge and ice maker; the rooms have lots of storage).

I’m sorry to have to give this condo a poor review. I gave the host many opportunities to make this right and they refused. Upon entering our condo I realized right away it was dirty and rundown. The couches are 90% peeling and have throw blankets over them. The floors were dirty,and the first thing I started to do before our children came was vacuum with a very old worthless, vacuum cleaner. There was also a swiffer that was dead and had no charging base. I did the best I could wetting the mop head and getting under the beds since I have a dust allergy. I also realized the two king beds that we were going to use had no blankets just a bedspread and sheets, and realizing the condo was so dirty, I figured the bedspread hadn’t been washed in a long time. I removed the throw blankets from the couches to washed them to use at bedtime. The washer door stuck, and my husband needed to Google how to get the door open by holding down to center buttons and pulling hard on the door. Just another inconvenience. I did my best to make the unit presentable when my kids arrived. I did reach out to the host right away, and they offered to send the cleaning crew back out.We had already unloaded our luggage our beach gear and our coolers of food that we had brought from the car. When my children arrived, their rooms were just as bad as ours to the point where my son found a full Frito under his end table. The blinds in the front window and the shower head was broken!! Terrible place! Needs work
