A new building is currently being constructed in front of tower 1 which will eventually block some of the view, however, even after construction is finished, the ocean views from the apartment will still be spectacular. As at 6 March 2024, the building is at the 8th floor. Check the photos for the view from the balcony and you will see where the new building is being constructed.

No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests expense.
Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$150 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
