The Space:

Set within a well-positioned coastal complex on level 3, this beautifully presented apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a relaxed beachside feel. Bedroom 2: A bright and comfortable room with a queen bed, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and access to a small private balcony.



Bedroom 3: Ideal for children or additional guests, this room includes two single beds, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and access to a small private balcony.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The master ensuite offers a spacious and modern layout, featuring a double vanity, shower, and toilet, providing added comfort and convenience for guests.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a vanity, toilet, and a combined bath and shower, perfect for families or shared stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment accessible via a lift on level 3. The property includes 1 secure parking space in the complex garage. Please note that the owners will have a vehicle parked in the second space. Guests can also enjoy access to the complex swimming pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Located in the heart of Kings Beach, this apartment places you within easy reach of many of the Sunshine Coast’s best beaches, cafés, and local attractions. The area offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle while still being close to shopping centres, dining precincts, and outdoor activities. Nearby you’ll find beautiful beaches, scenic coastal walking paths, and plenty of places to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset dinner. The central Sunshine Coast location also makes it easy to explore popular destinations including Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, and surrounding coastal towns.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 3 minute walk (165m) to Moreton Pde at Saltair Street, Kings Beach where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We do not accept schoolies bookings.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when part of a family booking.



*This apartment is located within a residential complex. We ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm.



*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this is completed.



*Please ensure balconies are used safely at all times, particularly with children.
