Located within five minutes’ level walk of Manly Corso, and only ten minutes to Manly Wharf. This executive apartment is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Manly has to offer.

• The large number of windows and balconies means that noise travels so this isn't the place for parties.
• The kitchen is clean and bright but simple.
• Pets are not allowed in this property.
• This property has a video intercom to see visitors before buzzing them into the building.
• There are minor renovation works on the upper stories of the building in July 2024.
• The underground car space is not suitable for larger cars.
• There is a washing line on the roof of the building. For access, take the lift to level 8 and go through the fire door. The building entrance key will give you access. The sea breeze will dry clothes in record time!
