Our stay was wonderful! The Hosts were easy to contact, and kind. The unit was clean organized and decorated so cute. The attached bathrooms to the bedrooms were a plus. Special little nuances, chocolate by the pillows, disposable make-up removal towelettes, washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets, were appreciated. We would definitely recommend this lovely VRBO.

Visited Utah to spend a weekend with my son. The price was perfect for a 2-bedroom and 2-bath stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was just a short few minutes from the canyon and like 5 minutes to BYU. My son and I enjoyed this spot and all the quick access to some of our favorite places around town. Its also right at the perfect spot so access to I-15 might be some of the best in the Provo/Orem Area. This spot is perfect for a small group. We really enjoyed our stay,

Close to the mountains

Beautiful place, beautiful views, beautiful yard, in a quiet neighborhood. The little details weren't missed. The pillow chocolates & snacks were just the finishing touches we so appreciated in a last minute trip in unfortunate circumstances. Thank you so, so much for your perfect place to stay. I highly recommend.

Place to stay for funeral

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was clean, well organized and had everything we needed for a few of my adult siblings and I to stay together as we gathered for a funeral. Property managers communicated well, they were very accommodating. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and homey

We chose this property partly because the family lives above the unit, so didn’t have to deal with noisy renters above us. It’s in a lovely, established family neighborhood, and the hosts are wonderful, caring, and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Cute place and used my favorite blue color to decorate. ❤️ Very clean and had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. Owner kept in contact and was readily available. Love the chocolates, snacks and binder with all the information we needed, including WiFi and easy check-out instructions. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfectly Simple

First off, the finishes (countertops, floors, wall tiles) in this little apartment are amazing. Very well done! We felt right at home in this quiet little apartment. We tend to be homebodies so we were in the apartment quite a bit. It felt very private and comfortable. The apartment is simple--not a lot of frills like game rooms and pools--but exactly what one would need. It was perfect. We especially loved having the full-size washer and dryer. The hosts even provided the laundry pods and dryer sheets. We could tell the hosts put love into this place. If the hosts had other BNBs, we would stay at them. We don't have any complaints!

Clean and quiet

The photos captured the property well. The place was very clean. The kitchen had a good variety of utensils, pots & pans, etc. (though not an enormous amount). The property is very quiet and the space very cozy. Two things to be aware of: (1) The listing indicates "step-free access" which IS true, but you need to navigate down a path in the yard and then down the sloped backyard. If mobility is an issue, you'll want to be aware of this. (2) There isn't a living room or common space. While this wasn't a problem when I stayed by myself, the space wouldn't have been as good for my family.

Positives: Exceptionally clean Decorated very tastefully and equipped very well Great location for the Lindon Temple and Orem area Quiet neighborhood Very nice to have laundry and full kitchen Incredible value at such an economical priceNegatives:- For being at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area, parking shouldn't be a problem, but there were numerous cars. We received an assigned parking spot, but it was tight, and the owners asked for our arrival time so that the spot would be open. - Dog poop in the yard as you walked through the gate to get to the VRBOOverall, we would absolutely stay there again and recommend it. We appreciated how spotless clean and quiet it was. Thank you!
