Utah is SO beautiful with its 4 seasons and big mountain range, and Lindon is right in the middle of the valley! It is known to be quiet, cozy, safe, and very family-friendly. We have 2 canyons that are full of parks within a 10-15 min drive. These canyons are loaded with hiking, biking, and walking trails, fishing or tubing along the river or lakes, campfire pits, and waterfalls! Including the famous Sundance Mountain Resort.
This basement is very spacious, with all the amenities you need! There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Brand new mattresses, furniture, and appliances! Full bathroom with 2 sinks. This house was built in 1957, we gutted the entire home though it was in such mint condition! Before the remodel it was very retro, with wood paneling walls throughout the basement, yellow floors, and blue carpet upstairs with popcorn ceilings! They even had a funky carpet wall! It was a sight to see.
So for the remodel of the basement, we wanted to bring back a little bit of retro by adding quite a few colors throughout the basement and fun design shapes. The yellow chair is my personal favorite!
Guest have their own private entrance to the basement and a little space fenced off for the pets to use in the backyard.
1 car is permitted on the driveway. Please park as close as you can to the fence. Additional cars can park along the street, recommended to park across the street as there is more room.
Quiet hours 10 PM -7 AM
1 car is permitted on the driveway, please park as close as you can to the fence. If there are additional cars, the best place to park would be across the street.
-We ask that you do not eat on the couches or beds
-No animals allowed on couches, blankets, beds, bathroom rug.
-DO NOT flush- feminine hygiene products, paper towels, baby wipes, cotton balls, Q-tips, tissues. We have smaller pipes as it is an older house.
-The backyard is off-limits. We do provide a small patch of grass for your pet to use the restroom, and ask that you clean up after your pet.
-No parties or events are allowed, including family gatherings.
- Unplug any space heaters, any heaters remained on after check out will be charged $25 per heater.
Pet Guidelines
We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and we want to keep this home comfortable for every guest. Please remember this is a home, not a doggy daycare, so we ask that you help maintain the space during your stay.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Please bring blankets or covers if your pet prefers soft surfaces.
Excessive pet hair or additional cleaning beyond our normal turnover may result in an extra fee. A broom, vacuum, and cleaning supplies are provided for easy touch-ups as needed.
If your pet will be left unattended, we strongly recommend calming treats (like the ones available on Amazon). Many pets experience anxiety in a new environment, which can lead to barking or accidental damage. Your help in keeping the home peaceful and well-cared for is truly appreciated.
