Family vacation

The house is spectacular. I would defiantly stay their again. Thank you for a wonderful accommodation. The pool is amazing!!!!!!!! Thank you for being so generous to our daughter, allowing her to bring her sick dog at the last minute.

Relaxing stay

The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and very comfortable. We never had any issues and enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book this property again, and recommend it to others. It had lots of kitchen wares, including Tupperware and storage, different options for coffee makers, and lots of pool towels. The neighborhood is quiet and new. We were very happy.

Not very clean

Cockroachs running around in house. Found food wrappers under end tables that they were snacking on.

I would never book with this property lister again!

This house put a huge damper on our entire vacation. We stayed here with 9 people thats including 4 children. The first and biggest issue we ran out of water 3 different days on our 5 day stay. The longest amount of time was 6 hours on our last day. we went 6 hours on our last day without a working toilet or showers. because we didnt have any water the pool water level fell and the pumped stop working on multiple occasions. which caused the pool to fill with thousands of natts. for some reason they dont provide a pool skimmer to clean the pool. now i understand things happen and things break but the customer service was the biggest and final issue. they refuse to answer the phone and will only text you back. and we only got responses to our text every 5-6 hours. they never sent anyone to look at the pool like they said they were going to. and we only got some to figure out the water issue on the 4th day of our 5 day stay. i waited 5 days to write this review thinking maybe i could get some sort of refund and that would be good enough for me. im still geting the run around on that. last i heard i didnt send a text message to the right number. ive talked to atleast 6 people. good luck booking this property but i would stay far away
