We have Gone Fishing at Paul`s Place! We may never come back! Whether you seek peace and solitude or lakeside fun, This is your place to make memories. This home has over 5,000 square feet of space to enjoy. With two large living areas, it`s perfect for a big family—and over 20,000 acres of lake to enjoy right outside the back door. Grab your rods and bait. It`s time to catch some stripers!

Upon entering Paul`s Place, guests are greeted with a large foyer open to the study, the dining room, and one of the several living rooms. The formal dining room comfortably seats 8 and is perfect for gathering with family and friends to enjoy your meals. A kitchen that is sure to impress your inner chef, and for all who desire luxury cooking environments, you`ve come to the right place! Deluxe appliances, large working islands, and food prep areas are all well arranged. A second full kitchen on the lower level to deal with the overflow of feasts!

The master suite features a king bed, a small seating area, and an ensuite bath, including a soaking tub, glass shower, and dual sinks. It has a private deck and is located on the main floor. The second level is made for resting! 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms (2 King rooms and the third room has 2 single beds), away from the hustle and bustle of vacation. The last bedroom, a Queen, is on the top floor and has a sitting area adjacent to the in-home theater, complete with a pull-down screen, projector, and full sized movie seats.

While we hope no rain falls during your stay, there is still fun to have inside! The lower level is perfect for fun and games! The lower level game room features a large comfy sofa and sitting area with a big-screen TV, ping pong, and several full sized arcade games! There is a big table for board games and cards. This is just next to that second kitchen, so there is no need to go far for snacks.

At Gone Fishing at Pauls Place, we are all about outside options! We love our time outside. There are several outdoor decks and patios, and seating options. You can choose from the dining table with 8 seats on the upper deck or one of the lounge chairs, or grab a friend or two and surround the propane fire pit table to enjoy the evenings. All of your guests can find the perfect lakeside escape.

Head for the dock to bask in the sun`s warmth or go boating on the lake. Don`t forget to drop a line in the water. Dinner is not going to catch itself!

Notice: Outdoor security cameras are in use on the grounds for the safety and security of our guests and property. Cameras are positioned only in exterior areas (e.g., driveway, entrances, dock) and do not monitor any private or indoor spaces.
House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
