Heating & Cooling:

Our home has ducted heating and cooling and two indoor wood burning fireplaces to keep you cosy on those winter nights. BYO Firewood & starters if you wish to use the fireplaces/ firepit.



Parking:

There are two single garages to park as well as three spots in an undercover carport. There is also ample car parking in the driveway.



Linen:

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.



Amenities:

The home is well equipped with 2 Nespresso coffee machines, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.



Wi-Fi:

High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire homestead for the duration of their stay.

Bathurst is a historic regional city located in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. It is home to the famous race - The Bathurst 1000, which brings thousands of people from all over the country! It is also known for its rich history, natural beauty, and vibrant community.



The neighbourhoods in Bathurst are characterised by a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas. The city centre is the hub of activity, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses catering to both locals and visitors. The architecture in the city centre reflects Bathurst's colonial heritage, with many well-preserved buildings dating back to the 19th century.

Fireplace: As there is ducted heating, we do not provide firewood but guests are more than welcome to bring their own wood and use the fireplace if they wish.

Firepit: Guests can use in the cooler months, but must bring own firewood and fire starters.



Interaction with Guests:

I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed. The home is on a working farm with cattle in paddocks, you might see the farmer from time to time. Please close all gates that you open!
