The Space:
If you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway for your family or group of friends, this is the place! The 4-bedroom condo features gorgeous, comfortable furniture, lots of natural light, high-end appliances, Smart TVs, and decór in soft earth tones that create a relaxing vibe, just what you need to relax and unwind. You'll only be a 2-minute walk from the door to the beach and as our guests, you'll have access to the beach club, two rooftops located in different buildings; each one equipped with a pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, hammock area, lounges, cooking grills, yoga room, gym, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and the multi-court, which offers fun playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, Ludoteca – Kidsclub, and the Mar y Aroma restaurant. All you need to do is register with the concierge to actívate the Face Recognition to unlock the doors!

The main spaces of the third-floor condo:

- Spacious OPEN LIVING SPACE with a large comfortable sofa and sitting area with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV to access your streaming accounts, great for relaxing downtime moments at home.

- Direct access through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to a PRIVATE OCEANVIEW TERRACE with outdoor sofa seating, an OUTDOOR DINING TABLE for 8 and a BBQ for grill days/nights.

- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home any time; even have a dishwasher for easy clean-ups! Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker for your morning perk-up and a blender for afternoon beverages.

- 4 BEDROOMS, all with Smart TVs, ensuite bathrooms, closets, blackout shades, and quality linens & pillows, and 4.5 BATHROOMS to accommodate 8 guests as such:

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex amenities and common lounge areas onsite.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located at a beautiful marina in Punta Sam, just north of Cancun and in an area that in recent years, has begun to be developed. Many people like this area because of its proximity to Cancun and Isla Mujeres yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can easily take a short ferry ride over to the island, where you can rent a golf cart and go exploring. In Cancun, you can take group day trips to the island on a catamaran, visit the Interactive Aquarium, visit the Mayan Museum, spend the day shopping your heart out, and to be honest, there isn’t enough time to even scratch the surface with all the possibilities you can do.

Getting Around:
The condo is approximately 28 km | 17.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located at the La Amada condo complex. Though you can arrange many tours and activities that provide round-trip transportation, we recommend renting a car so that you can easily access nearby shopping, attractions, and more. There are two assigned parking spots available on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must wear the bracelet during their entire stay. Replacements have a cost of $1,000 MXN. Bracelets and the access tag are provided at the front desk upon check-in. A photo of the guest is also taken, as access to the common areas is through facial recognition.

PARKING:
If guests have a vehicle, they may park in front of the building during the day. However, starting at 8:00 p.m., they are required to park in the underground garage. Parking is free, but a Tag 🏷️ is needed to open the garage gate. The Tag is provided at the front desk, but a security deposit of $50 USD or $1,000 MXN is required. The deposit will be returned at check-out upon return of the Tag. If guests fail to park in the underground garage at night, a $1,000 MXN fine will be issued.

Visitors are not allowed.

BBQ grills are no longer available for vacation rental guests.

This is a pet-friendly property with 2 dogs max, 10 kg each. $150 USD Per dog per stay.

This property is in Cancun at the Punta Sam Marina. Only ground transportation is required to get there from the airport.

There is a daily resort fee of 100 MXN per guest. Payment must be made via debit or credit card with the onsite concierge upon arrival.

We provide some basic essentials in your starter kit like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Just note these items are not replenished.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.

Kindly bear in mind that the 4th bathroom is inside a service room.

Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are permitted - 2 dogs max, 10 kg each. 150 USD Per dog per stay.

There are several communal swimming pools.

Interaction with Guests:
The place is self-check-in using the key in the lockbox to enter. All the information you’ll need, like the codes and check-in instructions, will be provided to you at least 24 hours before arrival.
