Beautifully renovated, furnished and air-conditioned 2-storey Victorian terrace house in cosmopolitan Prahran, Melbourne.
Walking distance to Prahran (10 minutes), Windsor (15 minutes) and Hawksburn (15 minutes) train stations, and 2-3 minutes tram stops. Close enough to walk to parklands and the cosmopolitan shopping precincts of Chapel Street and Hawksburn Village.
Available for mid to longer term executive rentals - min 14 days, max 3 months.

Perfect for families or small groups needing longer term accommodation with room to move, and with all the luxury comforts of home.
Guests have the entire house to themselves, including access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom and recently renovated luxury en-suite spa bathroom is upstairs and away from the lower floor bedrooms. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have heating and air-conditioning provided by new Daikin and Fujitsu split systems. There is a huge formal lounge/dining space and large kitchen / casual meals area.
Security doors, double glazed windows at the front, window screens etc.
Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need to enjoy your stay.
