Outside, enjoy the private pool with frameless glass fencing, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or simply relaxing with a book in the sun. This is a home designed to be enjoyed all year round.



Sleeping Arrangements



Upstairs



Master Suite – King bed, ensuite, wall-mounted TV and private balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks while overlooking the surroundings. The luxurious ensuite features a freestanding bath, double vanity, and walk-in shower — a perfect parents’ retreat.



Bedroom 2 – King bed (can be converted to 2 x King Singles on request)

Bedroom 3 – King bed (can be converted to 2 x King Singles on request)

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a stylish interconnecting bathroom with shower and toilet.



Downstairs



Bedroom 4 – Queen bed , next door is a bathroom, shower, vanity, and toilet — ideal for guests wanting privacy.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is an entertainer’s delight, featuring natural stone benchtops, gas appliances, and all the essentials for holiday cooking. With a breakfast bench and large dining area, there’s plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests or two small families.

For entertainment, the home offers three TVs located in the living/dining area, media room, and master bedroom. The media room is perfect for movie nights or giving the kids their own space.
