La maison entoure une piscine privée et est idéale pour une famille, un groupe d'amis ou un couple à profiter toute l'année.

La conception légère et aérée permet à la lumière naturelle du soleil de vous réchauffer en hiver et à la brise de vous rafraîchir en été pendant que vous divertissez ou relaxez au bord de la piscine. Splash est situé dans le quartier exclusif de Salt Village, au bord de la plage, à quelques pas des cafés, des restaurants, de la plage de surf surveillée et de Cudgen Creek.

Vous pourrez passer des journées à explorer la région au sud de Byron Bay, à l'ouest jusqu'au coucher du soleil sur le mont Wollumbin / Warning dans le parc national, au nord de la Gold Coast et de la région de Tweed, ainsi qu'une route pittoresque allant du sud-ouest à travers les champs pays à Murwillumbah. Il y a des marchés de week-end, des galeries d'art, des plages, une cuisine raffinée, des pistes cyclables, des parcs et des promenades dans la nature, partout. Great beach stay for the whole family (including pooch)

The house was located well to beach and local cafes and shops. The layout of the house was lovely with the pool being centre. Kids had their own bedrooms and tv space away from the main living area but because of how the house is laid out you could still keep an eye on them. While we were staying there one of the glass pool fence panels combusted due to a tree growing into it. The property managers were quick to respond to clean up the mess.

Loved our stay at Splash House!

We had a great time at Splash House, it was modern, spacious, had everything we needed for our holiday and thanks for being pet friendly! The pool was lovely and warm and the location was close to the beach and shops - we hope to come back one day!

Spacious and clean

Good sized house for our family of five and beautifully clean. Proximity to Peppers and Salty beach were a bonus. Pool could have been heated to make better use of but we all enjoyed the stay.

Lovely place

Lovely place! House was nice and clean on the inside! Pool needed a bit of a clean and outside area and bins not emptied but overall a really cool place! Enjoyed the quietness of the area

Ideal for a dog and family, perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying here. Ideal for a family and it was great being able to take our dog. Walking distance to everything, having our own pool was great. A few more amenities would have been nice (hand soap and more than one bin liner) but we really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent property and location!

The house was fantastic, really good location with the huge dog friendly beach at the end of the road and a track for bike riding. The property had lots of space and was well equipped. The pool and outside area is especially nice, the pool temperature and water was great! The kids play area is sweet too, it could do with a little more bark chip to cover the plastic that's sticking out, my 3 didnt play there much cause she kept tripping over but I'm sure the play area got ignored for the pool and beach anyway!!

Great location average house

We love Kingscliff and will definitely be back again but will not stay here again. The house was filled with animal hair and the yard smelled of animal excrement. The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. It was filled with leaves and branches. We had to clean the pool before it could be used. Very disappointed.

With the opportunity we would have cleaned the pool for you and inspected cleaning matters. Well equipped, close to everything, holiday house

Size, layout and amenities of the house were great. Comfy, close/walk to everything, great to go on holidays with our dog. Even the kitchen was equipped with everything you need! Property managers were very friendly and excellent to deal with. Thank you for making our holiday lovely, we will be back!

Fantastic pet & family friendly home

Our large family and of course the family dog stayed at this fantastic spacious house after Easter. There was heaps of room and our 6 year old loved the park in the back yard. We will definitely be back! Only slight issue was the lack of window coverings in the main bedroom so we were awake when the sun came up :)

Beach hop Pool hop Great Spot

As a family of two adults and 3 teenagers this was a great house to rent for a beach holiday. We had fabulous weather so the pool got used 100%. The house has ducted air conditioning so that was a plus for us. Nice layout. Take your own dvds. We had just two negatives - the first being that the main bedroom does not have a curtain cover on the high window so there was no chance of a lie in as the room lit up with the sunrise each morning. The second was the BBQ it was disgusting and had to spend a good 40 mins just cleaning the cooking surface to a useable state. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An amazing place to relax with your furfamily

We had a fantastic holiday here. The agents were lovely to deal with, everything worked really well, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and the pool and outdoor area was a sensation. We had heaps of room to spread out and really be at peace in this highly functional space. This is a super pet friendly home which would also be amazing for kids for all ages and interests. There are a few small superficial bumps and scratches on the walls and furniture in this otherwise glamorous, movie star house which made us much less anxious about getting our security deposit back. The only negative was the rubbish in the pool left by the previous people, but that took minutes to rectify and then we got onto the important work of being on holiday. We will be staying here again :D

Great location

The location was great. Walking distance to beach and Salt shopping. Would be great in warmer weather to use the pool. Was a bit grubby with the cleanliness and the ensuite toilet seat could definitely be replaced. Needs a bit of TLC.
