Prefect Home for two Families

Enjoyed the stay, home were prefect for the two families of four. Living area was prefect for family to interact and the dock was prefect for the boat and afternoon swims! Boat ramp was close by which was a huge convenience. Plenty of parking in driveway if needed.

The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but poor communication from the host made our stay disappointing.We booked this lakefront home specifically for the dock and boat slip. A week before arrival, we asked the host, Andy, whether the water was deep enough for our 20-foot runabout. He replied that there had been "no complaints." Upon arrival, the lake level was too low to use the dock, and its steep angle made it unusable. We understand the host cannot control lake levels, but accurate information would have allowed us to adjust our plans instead of towing our boat 2½ hours unnecessarily.We also found that the coffee maker was missing its glass carafe and the backyard tree lights did not work. We reported both issues immediately, but Andy's only response was that the coffee pot "should be by the coffee maker," despite us explaining we had searched everywhere. We received no further replies.After contacting Evolve on the second day, they apologized and said they would work with the local team and provide updates, but we never heard anything further.We expected to pay a premium for a lakefront property with a usable dock. Since the lake access wasn't usable, we could have rented a comparable non-lakefront home for much less. Better communication and responsiveness would have made a significant difference in our experience.

While lake levels are outside our control, clearer information ahead of your stay would have helped you plan accordingly. We also recognize that follow-up regarding the missing coffee carafe fell short and are addressing the communication gaps to improve responsiveness. We’ve since confirmed the backyard tree lights are working and can be operated by plugging them into the patio outlet. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to provide a smoother experience for future guests.

Great Lake House with everything you need

Spend a long weekend with 2 other couples and the kids. Fits easily 3 families with children. Loved the house and moreover that they provided a lot of different things: Floaties, kayaks, paddle board, games, etc. Everything was as described and check in/ out was easy. Would definitely go again

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our stay at 322 Sunrise Circle. The house was very clean and all the amenities were as described except for cooking utensils and frying pans. We had to purchase a pan and left it for future guests. Overall, our stay was quite nice and comfortable.

Sunrise Circle

This is a beautiful, well maintained home in a nice, quiet cove. Beautiully decorated. Enjoyed the paddleboard and floats. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the bathroom layout. In order to access a full bathroom, two of the bedrooms have to use the bathrooms in the other two bedrooms.

Hi Geniene, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We are glad you chose our home and we are sorry your stay was not what you expected. We converted a loft area upstairs to provide additional beds, primarily for kids, which does not include an extra bathroom. Extra beds added upstairs, in addition to the master bedroom, to create more sleeping space. It is very cozy with a great view, but this sleeping space requires access to the bathroom through the master bedroom or the bathrooms downstairs. We are working on getting this information updated on our listing so guests in the future are aware. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

Great family house

Nice layout and recent update. Outside and porch weren’t cleaned and bbq and fire pit were filled with ash and wet wood and needed thorough cleaning before we could use them. No trash bags or paper products provided. Outside of those minor issues, great rental.

Family Fishing Trip

My only negative is the property was said to have power at the dock. It appears power was indeed there at one time but it is now non-functional. I had two extension cords with me but still had to buy 3 more locally to reach the closest working outlet. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very well stocked.

Family Lake Weekend

Firstly, we had a great time with family. The interior of the home is beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. It appears much time and effort was spent making the interior attractive and that was noted and appreciated. That being said, there are functional issues that need improvement. The rear exterior of the home photos don’t represent the homes current condition. The screen porch was a cluttered space that stores large outdoor toys (paddle board, oars, rafts) and had little comfortable space to sit and enjoy the view. Furniture consisted of bar stools and metal chairs. The stairs to the lake are in deteriorating and borderline hazardous for small kids and older adults. This limited use by some of our family members. The kitchen in the home is beautiful. However, the cookware was horribly old with visible rust showing on some pots/pans to the point we didn’t feel comfortable using them. The microwave and ice maker do not work. They have installed a countertop microwave but it is so small you can’t use it for much. If you plan to make a big family meal (we had 11 adults/kids) here you will have issues. We point these things out hoping the owners weren’t aware and could consider some corrections. The house has the ability to be a 10 but probably rates a 7 in its current state.

This beautiful house gave us a much needed relaxing weekend away. I had a lot of things on my requirment list and this house checked almost all of the boxes. I want to praise that this house was accessible, all necessary rooms on the first floor. This made it much easier for a disabled person in our party. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in patio. Through our entire stay, we didn’t get bit by any mosquitoes, which was such a relief because they love me. We utilized the paddle boards and were able to watch a breathtaking sunset. This place had everything we needed and a few great restaurants nearby. Would recommend this house.
