Belle maison au bord du lac de 3 niveaux. Venez passer des vacances en famille sur le lac Hartwell. Beaucoup d'espace pour plusieurs familles pour partager cette maison de 6 chambres et 5 salles de bain avec 2 suites parentales avec lits king size et une chambre avec lits superposés avec 3 lits superposés (6 lits jumeaux). Entièrement blindé dans le pont arrière avec coin salon et coin repas séparés par une cheminée. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec deux fours, plusieurs mijoteuses et un Keurig (il suffit d'apporter vos propres k-cups). 2 réfrigérateurs pleine grandeur et un réfrigérateur pour boissons, apportez donc tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant une semaine. Quai de taille maximale avec des zones couvertes et ouvertes, 2 échelles (une inclinée pour une facilité d'utilisation) et un banc de niveau d'eau. Grande plage privée pour creuser et construire des châteaux de sable. 2 kayaks disponibles pour utilisation. Très proche de Harbor Light Marina où vous pouvez louer un bateau ou apporter le vôtre et garder le slip ouvert sur le quai. Table de baby-foot, puzzles, jeux de société, tonnes de jouets pour enfants, PS-3 et 2 téléviseurs en cas de jour de pluie. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, veuillez simplement les garder hors des chambres et les faire rester sur la véranda jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient secs.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful if you're looking for a great getaway location on a lake. The patio fireplace was definitely put to good use. There was plenty of room for all family members aging in range from early 20's to mid 80's to spread out when needed and all come together too. It was a postcard Thanksgiving with perfectly fall colored leaves everywhere and deer walking through the yard. We saw one group of at least 10. Our young photographer in the family was in heaven. The Host recommended a local bakery and it did not disappoint! My family had a wonderful time and some plan to try to book the property at a later date if available. We would definitely return.

Lake house

This house was perfect for a family vacation sixteen people of all different ages with plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of water floats and and things for the lake and the covered dock was great. All had a great week

A great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay and this has been another return to the Blue Lake House ! The kids always love it as does my wife ! Thank you for some great quality time away from our own home !

Family Gathering

This was our first getaway since Covid. The property definitely met our expectations. The children absolutely enjoyed their stay. There were plenty of games for all ages. Even though the temperature was on the cool side they bravely jumped into the lake for a quick swim. We would love to spend time in the summer there.

Amazing Property

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. pots and pans, storage containers, etc. Complete with choices of spices too Plenty of dishwashing soap and towels. Wi-Fi was string enough for 2-3 of us to work when necessary. A/C worked well and kept the house cool. Family and friends enjoyed the dick and beach. Even the dog had a good time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway. Grocery stores within a 20 minute ride. Screened in porch was wonderful, as was the golf cart for going back and forth to the dock/beach.

Perfect place for family reunion

Our whole family loved everything about this property. The owners are very thoughtful in supplying things like chairs on their dock, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, a kitchen that has all the meal prep things you could need, games and toys for kids and much more. The layout of the house is great for a large family with multiple generations. We had an amazing time!

Annual Memorial Day get together

Lovely property (this is the second time that we have stayed here). We were here 2 years ago & the deck was being renovated & it looks wonderful. The only problem this year was the weather (cold for May!).

Thanksgiving destination

Amazing property. We have stay here before and when it was open when we were looking for a thankgiving get away to meet family, we didnt think twice about booking it. Alicia is great with communication and the property is perfect for a large group. And pet friendly. We were 15 strong plus the two dogs and there is plenty of room for everyone. Love this house and the lake access. Everything you need and more.

Wonderful home on a beautiful lake

Our large group of three generations had a great time in this wonderful lake home. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed to fix meals for the group. The lakefront is really perfect with a great dock for the kids and dogs to jump in and swim all day and a sand beach for the adults to relax on. The screen porch was perfect for after-dinner s'mores fixed in the stone fireplace.

Family vacation

Great week with extended family. Sixteen from 72-6 years. Beds very comfortable. Two refrigerators was a big plus. Path to lake paved. A little steep in one part but not bad. Used golf cart to transport coolers. Beach was fun for games. Location on lake was great….enough traffic to give us waves as we bobbed…dock had an extra slip for a boat and we tied up our second boat to the side with no problem. Owners very quick to address questions/concerns. Only suggestion would be to have a third trash receptacle or biweekly pickup. We tried not using paper plates so we could leave room for next renters but with 16 people, it was a lot of trash, especially when cleaning out fridge. Was easy to recycle cans at fire station. It was a great week in a great home and great location.

Family Vacation

This is the third year we have stayed at this house. It is perfect for large groups. There is something for everyone. Plenty of toys for the younger kids. A nice beach area that's shaded in the afternoons. An awesome dock that's great for fishing and jumping off of. A golf cart to get down to the water and back up. This house has it all. Very satisfied with this property.

The Lake Week

This was our second stay at this amazing property. Owner is fantastic and very responsive. Can’t say enough about the house. Plenty of space we had 14 this trip from 12-70 years of age. Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple eating locations and the lake and the dock with your own beach is amazing. We will come back again no need to look for any place else to stay.

Fantastic vacation home!

The home worked perfectly for our large family. The ages ranged from my 85 year old father to my 1 year old great nephew. There was plenty of room for us all to be together, but also plenty of separate areas for the kids to play. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed, including toys and games. The kitchen was stocked better than any other home we've rented, which is many, 2-3 per year for over 20 years. There was a large selection of pots, pans, dishes and supplies, and were all great quality. The outdoor fireplace was definitely a hit with everyone. I would definitely book this home again., it would be a blast in the summer when we could swim. I would also like to thank Slicia for answering all my questions so promptly and making us feel so welcome.

A Great Stay at the BlueLakeHouse

Everything was great. It met all of the expectations of my family and we enjoyed our autumn family vacation immensely. The porch fireplace during the chilly weather was a great hit as well as the outdoor campfire area. The lake was beautiful and the entire inside of the house was wonderful. We even had a small family wedding there which was grand. The owner's were great people and cordial and my family and myself and my wife enjoyed the privacy. All in all, we would re-rent there again. We have several VRBO places my wife likes to call our home away from home and certainly this wonderful Lakehouse is now on the list. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy and appreciate this wonderful home & property. David DePaul

Amazing Lake House

We were able to have our family reunion at this beautiful lake home and property. The house is more than accommodating, and the dock and private beach are exceptional. We rented a boat for the week so we had a great time spending as much time on the lake as possible. The house is setup perfectly for all the different ages of our family members. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants to have a home, property, and location to enjoy.

Beautiful Lake Home

Perfect spot on the lake to float and relax. Nice beach area near the dock that the doggos loved. Great screened in porch as well. Wish the temp. had been cooler to utilize the multiple fire places as these looked like a awesome way to spend a cold evening. Would recommend this property to any group.

Absolutely love this home.

This was our second stay at this wonderful lake home. The house is set up perfectly for different family units. We had couples as well as young families staying together under one roof. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite roomy. I love how the dock has three different ways to get in to the lake. It made it easy for the youngsters just learning to swim. The noodles, sand toys and kayaks were enjoyed by all. The private beach area was a huge hit. Alicia the owner is so easy to talk to. If you have any questions, she gets back to you quickly. I would recommend this property to any one wanting to enjoy a peaceful family and/or friend vacation on Lake Hartwell. Thank you Alicia!

The dock was wonderful, the private beach delightful and the house met all our expectations.

Great! The Rock Spring Access launch was very close and the marinas nearby. We had great week and no problems at all!

Everything was wonderful my only complaint if you call it that would be the would be the walk down to the dock but it was great they provided a golf cart for that also I would personally do away with the foozball table very noisy echo throughout the house just had to tell my grandkids Not to play it. All around great time
