Primely positioned a leisurely five-minute stroll from Palm Beach and the Esplanade lined with cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping, soak up the Queensland sun from this idyllic indoor-outdoor oasis that feels like your own private resort. Open plan, air-conditioned interiors highlight a gourmet kitchen and dual living areas with Balinese-inspired sliding doors through to the backyard that invite you to relax or dine on the spacious deck in between dips in the private pool.
*There is intermittent construction work taking place next door from Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm. No undue noise levels have been reported so far. Occasionally, work may also take place on Saturdays, but we will inform our guests in advance should this occur.*

Embracing its tropical surrounds, entering the property you'll instantly be enamoured by the manicured gardens brimming with lush foliage. Through the front door, you'll find open plan living, framed by wall-to-wall doors that slide open and lead out to the backyard. Ample seating allows you to laze in the sun or sit under the umbrellas and enjoy a drink at sunset. Cook up a feast on the gas BBQ grill or make us of the fully-equipped kitchen, with all the essentials plus a central island and dishwasher for easy clean up. After coming together for a meal around the indoor dining table, kick back on the sofa setting fronting the pool area or retreat to the dedicated media room for movie nights at home.

Four bedrooms sleep eight guests, each offering a combination of split-system cooling and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable in the Queensland humidity. The master features a king-size bed and sandstone ensuite. The second bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed and benefits from its own ensuite, while the third bedroom has a converted day bed and also has an attached ensuite. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a king bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a fourth bathroom caters to this bedroom.

Catch up on laundry with an in-unit washing machine and dryer. There is also secure parking available under the carport, as well as free parking on the street.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
