The homes amazing features includes convenient location, only being a 5 minutes’ walk to the Rye Foreshore, within walking distance to Blairgowrie Village shops and cafes, close to the Ocean beach, and a short drive to all the amenities of Sorrento Township.
Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly as it’s not fenced.
NB. There’s wood for the open fire at the property which can be used for an additional charge of $75, please let us know if you intend on using the open fireplace.
