The website states BYO towels. Dressed beds are provided for an additional fee. Nevertheless, there are sheets and towels in the cupboard. However at Xmas time there is not much time in between guest changeover so I suggest BYO sheets. It's easier as I can keep the costs down if guests provide their own. Yes the back room bed is on castors. I shall provide little rubber coasters to keep it from moving. Thanks

I was there at the home when the guests arrived. I had just pino cleaned the kitchen, sink and benches and the bathroom. I was literally sweeping and mopping the floor as they arrived. I swept and mopped every room and the rugs were vacuumed. The husband loved it and complimented the house. He promptly relaxed in the lounge on their arrival. The dishwasher and washing machine were both used by me just before their arrival. They were working properly. Perhaps it took her time to work out how to use them. Photos match the kitchen and appliances. Floor has been upgraded to polished floating floors and husband commented on how much he liked them. Admittedly there was not much time between guests as I only had a few hours in the changeover. Xmas and New Year are the busiest times of the year. I would have liked to spend more time cleaning but they wanted to enter immediately. The guest after her did not report any of these issues.

Hi Lucia, I am sorry I did not see your email to me thru the Homeaway website after you left. At that time you gave a very good 4 star review, which you now removed and replaced with one star. Guests need to contact me directly if there is any issue. I did not know you left an item behind the TV. A dongle. I only saw your Homeaway email to me much later after you had left a month ago. I then straight away found the item you left behind the TV. Thank goodness it was still there. I will return your item to you ofcourse, but I need to speak to you directly not thru this website. I have phoned you personally numerous times, texted you and emailed. You did not respond. Please can you phone me dirtectly as I need to give out my bank details and I can't do that through a public website. The dishwasher is not broken btw and I washed your dirty dishes at that time with it. Also the door handle was bent during your stay but it works now. No worries. There is no charge. The House is literally a15 min walk to the beach down Miriam Ave., I am unsure which way you went. One bin was left empty and the other only had a small amount in it. I rang to advise the bins would be collected and emptied the next day. This guest said that was fine. However, this guest did not put out the bins himself. That's a terrible thing to do to the cleaners and the next guest. He is disgruntled because I admonished him for leaving the place absolutely filthy. This lack of respect had an effect on the following guest. This is because emergency cleaners were engaged and they did not have enough time to thoroughly clean up his unusual amount of mess.
