Great Stay

Villa was wonderful! Perfect in every way and couldn't ask for anything more.....everything we needed and then some. Communication was great, cleanliness was great and the villa was exactly as pictured ! Would never hesitate to stay here again !

Difficult to leave!

This condo has everything needed for a beach vacation. The unit is updated and accommodating. There is a great view, accessible beach, several pools, and a delicious on- site restaurant. The caretakers are available and helpful. All of this makes this property difficult to leave.

I have stayed at this resort before this was by far the best kept condo I have seen. It even had a ton of essentials such as tooth brush, razors, soaps, bags, foil, ext... Views were beautiful. Best beach we love north topsail it's not to crowded but has plenty to do. Can't say enough about the condo and the owner communicated well about hurricane Erin with us anyways we we not really effected.

This unit was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the plentiful towels and beach/pool supplies to borrow. Having both a Keurig and a Nespresso was great. Can’t wait to book another stay!

Beyond Impressed

Our first visit to Topsail went above and beyond expectations with this property! Simple touches when it came to amenities, cleanliness, and organization truly helped our family enjoy our time at this beach getaway. Aside from the property itself, the beach and pool was never overcrowded and a short drive to Surf City also made for a great experience.

VERY nice unit, with a fantastic owner/host. Beach chairs, towels and everything else we thought we might need was already there, all the way down to the morning coffee! Facility has multiple pools, hot tubs, a great restaurant and direct beach access. We will definitely be back.

This was one of our best stays! The condo was beautiful and maintained to almost perfection. The owner thought of everything down to the smallest detail. My girls raved over the cozy blankets. It's in a perfect location with easy access to the pools and great views. I hope to bring my family back soon!

Relaxing weekend at a beautiful property

My wife and I had a wonderful time at The Villa Capriani. The condo is wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, and super clean. The owner has thought of everything that a family could need or want for a stay at the beach. All amenities are right on site. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and super convenient (we had seafood one night and pizza another, both were delicious!). We will be staying there again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great place to stay right on the beach!

Best place ever.

Very nice resort. Enjoyed the pool Jacuzzi and beach. This unit was like something out of a magazine. Better than most five star hotels I’ve stayed in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were incredible. More than enough towels and the kitchen was completely outfitted. Beach chairs and coolers also were provided. I will be booking this again. It again

Incredible Unit for Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The unit is updated, clean, and well-maintained for a flawless stay. We appreciated the elevated amenities and obvious care put into curating a travel experience that is special. The entire unit is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owner was responsive in communicating. Regarding Villa Capriani, we absolutely loved this accommodation. The pools are wonderful, the beach access couldn’t be easier and we loved the restaurant on site. We look forward to booking this location again for our family of 4. Thank you!

Amazing Vacation

I wouldn’t have changed a thing! So many little details that made the stay easy. Impressed from the moment we entered, so much thought went into every design choice. You could tell because of how amazing it looks and all the same details you’d never think of but appreciate. Super clean and too many amenities to mention. The host was super gracious and left us snacks when we arrived along with a gift card for the restaurant on site. It was so close to everything such as military bases, restaurants, shopping and of course the stunning beach. Pools were definitely appreciated as well. Can’t wait to book again in the future!

Absolutely perfect

Our family has been visiting Villa Capriani for over 11 years now and this condo was by far the most beautiful we have ever stayed in at Topsail. The weather was dreadful during our stay but having this lovely place to stay made up for all of the rain! Great beds, the softest of blankets, top-notch appliances and all the extras you didn't even know you needed. On top of all of that, the communication that came beforehand had everything we needed in one email/link. We have normally had to search for Wi-Fi passwords, check-in codes, etc. in different places but this was honestly the easiest check-in we've ever had. It was so hard to leave this little piece of heaven! Hope to be back soon. If you're considering a stay at Villa and this place is available, our family could not recommend more highly!
