Step outside to the large extended balcony to feel those ocean breezes on your face or to get a better view of the passing school of Dolphin that frequent the shoreline.
Loaded with Amenities Topsail Dunes sits right on the ocean and has Direct beach access with wooden walkway and outdoor showers when you come off the beach. Along with the large community pool there is a playground for children and adults to enjoy basketball, Bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes and bowling. Multiple grills with a covered picnic area make for a fun family burger night in the open air as you view the sun setting over the Inter-Coastal .

To make preparing for your vacation easier and to ensure high quality bedding our rates INCLUDE ALL BEDROOM and BATH LINENS. Beds will be made with sanitized sheets for your arrival. We also include starter supplies of soap, Paper goods, Dish Detergents and Coffee. (aprox Value $300 plus) All you need is your bathing suit.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED NO ELEVATOR- 3rd floor unit (Ask owner about Topsail Bellhop service available by reservations for Unloading and Loading ) Screened Porch with storage room has beach chairs , beach cart and beach toys for our guest to use. Great place to store beach shoes and beach items.

The Community Pool is not heated and managed by our home owners association.
