HAVE IT ALL...... breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as spectacular sunset views of the Intra-coastal Waterway from your private screened in porch. Our unit is on the 3rd floor of Building 2. Tile and Luxury Vinyl Plank Wood flooring throughout unit. Master suite with new king size bed and private full bath. Two other bedrooms furnished with new premium queen beds. This 1260 sq/ft end unit condo offers a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen that has floor to ceiling windows displaying a panoramic view of Topsails crystal blue waters. Step outside to the large extended balcony to feel those ocean breezes on your face or to get a better view of the passing school of Dolphin that frequent the shoreline.
Loaded with Amenities Topsail Dunes sits right on the ocean and has Direct beach access with wooden walkway and outdoor showers when you come off the beach. Along with the large community pool there is a playground for children and adults to enjoy basketball, Bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes and bowling. Multiple grills with a covered picnic area make for a fun family burger night in the open air as you view the sun setting over the Inter-Coastal .

To make preparing for your vacation easier and to ensure high quality bedding our rates INCLUDE ALL BEDROOM and BATH LINENS. Beds will be made with sanitized sheets for your arrival. We also include starter supplies of soap, Paper goods, Dish Detergents and Coffee. (aprox Value $300 plus) All you need is your bathing suit.

Topsail Island has several great local restaurants, grocery stores and bike, paddle board and boating rentals. Tennis and pickleball available on newly refinished public courts at the North Topsail Beach Park located at 465 New River Inlet Rd (3 miles from condo) .
Nearby Wilmington (40 miles) and Jacksonville NC (17 miles) offer many attractions and tours for fun day trip adventures.

Perfect Spot

The hostess was an excellent communicator and very responsive! The condo was great and the beach was the place to be. We brought our children to see family and share where several of them were born. We also showed them where I was stationed with the Marines and where their Dad worked. It was a great trip and you will not be disappointed if you stay at this condo.

So relaxing

I would highly recommend staying here. Communication with Robyn was the best we have had through our experiences with VRBO. We were fortunate to meet with Robyn a couple times, she is wonderful! This place has a fantastic view! You can hear the waves all throughout the condo. The beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had everything we needed to have guests over for dinner. Robyn has a notebook with great suggestions for activities and eating. We highly recommend Tucks shuttle for a trip to Lea island, the turtle rescue is a must, Rick's is very good for a meal and of course walking on the beach, seeing sunrises and sunsets, and if you are lucky the moon rise. We are hoping to be back again next year.

As advertised

Great rental with beautiful views of the ocean. Had Thanksgiving here and kitchen had everything we needed. Nice dining room and living room space for the 4 of us. Would definitely rent here again. 25 minutes from Camp Lejeune south entrance. Great communication with owner made everything easy.

Loved the details and amenities our host provided--beach chairs, toys, a wagon, the location had a playground, pool, and so close to the beach!! The views were priceless and the rooms very comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to answer our questions and communicate. We are grateful for you accommodating our family

Rest and Relaxation

This condo is amazing. Check in process was super easy. It was clean. Had everything you needed from the get go. And the view and sounds of the waves on the ocean. So mesmerizing. You see why they call it was rolling or crashing in.

We live full time in Leland NC outside of Wilmington. We moved to NC five years ago so that we could be closer to our 2 grown daughters and our 5 grandchildren. My husband and I have been married for 42 years and enjoy golf, travel and quality family time. I am an avid tennis player and my husband enjoys volunteer coaching high school football, wood shop projects and golf.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As a child I spent many memorable summers on Folly Beach SC at my Aunts Beach home. Owning a place to bring family together is a dream come true. Kids don't remember what gifts you gave them 5 years ago but they do remember the quality time you spend with them. What better place than the beach to make memories to last a lifetime!
Topsail Island attracted us because of the laid back, small town feel and of course the beautiful views of the ocean and the Intra-Coastal Waterway. The hard sandy beach makes for easy walks or bike rides along the shoreline searching out the seashell treasures found at North Topsail.

Walk out each morning to a panoramic view of the Crystal Blue Waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy morning coffee on the large extended balcony that our end unit affords. As our unit is on the top floor there is more privacy and spectacular unobstructed views. The large private screened porch with ceiling fan offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach sitting in the large wicker rocking chairs taking in the beauty of the Topsail Sunset over the waters of the Intra-Coastal.
