Even though it may be cold, it's sure to give you a refreshing experience.

Inside, you'll find a modern and stylish décor with all the features you need for a comfortable stay. The downstairs area boasts a large dining table for eight guests, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an Aldi coffee machine so that you can enjoy your favourite coffee while on vacation.

Upstairs, you'll find a second lounge room with a TV, a kitchenette with a bar fridge, and a balcony with water views, the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the coastal scenery. Don't worry about doing laundry, as the washing machine is available in a separate flat.

Speaking of the separate flat, it's a self-contained guest house with a lounge room, a table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, making it perfect for couples or a family looking for a little more privacy. The separate flat also has its own washing machine and vacuum cleaner, making it easy to keep tidy.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are strictly prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
Parking is available before your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
