In the warmer months, experience hiking, biking, kayaking, parks, and other exciting activities by day, then settle into your well-stocked Moab vacation property at night with its open floorplan, community pool and spa, and comfortable entertaining and sleeping accommodations. In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

- Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available
- Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year. There was so much more space than we anticipated in this house! The kitchen had everything you could want for group meals, and the bikes and gear in the garage was outstanding!

Wonderful Home for Family

This home was beautiful and perfect for our extended family to stay in. Lots of space and every detail thought of for their guests! Very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern, and well-equipped

All the people in our party were impressed with the condo's design, cleanliness, and convenience. Its location is convenient for visiting the national parks as well as the downtown area. The management company has kept the unit well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary supplies and many thoughtful conveniences.

Highly Recommended, Great Location

Glad we chose this house because the location and room set up was perfect for our friends and family. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed in the house. We had so much fun in Moab and everything was so close by it made it all easier. I would stay here again if we come back anytime soon.

Beautifully furnished, super clean, a dream kitchen filled with everything you could need, an amazing large master bedroom suite plus 3 more great bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a great patio for barbeques and gathering and a spacious 2 car garage with 4 bikes. Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms were all very nice with the master suite exceptionally beautiful. One of the three bathrooms was on the first floor, but it worked out fine for our group of 8. The two bathrooms on the second floor were very spacious and well laid out. Also there were bikes that could be used although we were too busy hiking to try them out. It was a perfect location in relation to Arches and Dead Horse State Park. There are lots of great restaurants in Moab that we enjoyed. All around a really great place! Highly recommend!

Perfect House in Moab

This was the perfect property for our two families with kids to use while exploring Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. The property itself was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with all the essentials and overall was an amazing place. Check-in and checkout were a breeze and the location was great! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Moab!

Great stay!

This condo was a great jumping off place for all of our adventures in Moab. It is very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, it was very comfortable for seven (could sleep a lot more) of us to stay, and it is well located. The pool and hot tub are very nice. When we had any questions or issues, manager was extremely attentive and responded quickly. The only downside is the proliferation of razors and ATVs that stay there and are noisy in the morning, but that passes quickly. We really loved this place.

This was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. Communication with the owners was great. It was a great weekend for me and the buds to ride some killer trails. Look forward to doing it again and hope the same place is available.
