Located in the heart of Utah's desert adventure country, this family-friendly townhome is just 5 minutes from downtown Moab. Enjoy the panoramic views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim Red Rocks from sunrise to sunset.


OUR PROPERTY IS NO SMOKING AND DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.


Three bedrooms including 2 master suites and three bathrooms.


MASTER SUITE #1: Located on the first floor, this suite offers a king size bed with a spa like shower, large walk in closet, TV and private access to the wrap around courtyard.

MASTER SUITE #2: Located on the second floor, this suite features a queen size bed, spacious full bath, TV and elevated mountain and red rock views.

GUEST BEDROOM: Located on the first floor, this bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, TV and is just across the hall from the full guest bathroom.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats six. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living space offers a great group space with a large couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" TV.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in a spacious double car garage. The home is located in a neighborhood with plenty of free street parking for trailers.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover, ambient night lighting and custom sun shade.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: A separate bedroom with two twin beds and bath offer plenty of space for children or two individuals. A children's Pack N' Play and community swimming pool provide entertainment.


OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB: A swimming pool and hot tub are located diagonally across the street from the home. Both are available as part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). Please note, the pool and hot tub are SEASONAL AND MAY BE CLOSED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOA FOR WEATHER AND MAINTENANCE and is not the responsibility of the homeowner. The pool closes annually November 1st and reopens annually President’s Day weekend. The hot tub closes annually January 2nd and reopens annually for President’s Day weekend. Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm and the access code is provided at time of renting. There is a printed map in the Guest Handbook if you need more specific directions.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. Coffee, tea and a gift bag welcome you to our home.

CLEANING STANDARDS: We take immense pride in the cleaning of our home so rest assured that the house not only follows recommended guidelines but exceeds them.

* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning are available in the home along with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Exterior cameras are placed at the front door and garage.

Amazing condo in a quiet area close to Arches and downtown Moab.

Awesome condo, unbelievably clean and well stocked with towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, silverware, glasses etc and high end appliances including full size washer and dryer!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I reached out to Roanne while planning a solo trip to Moab. She answered all of my questions and I booked right away. The pictures are exactly as the property appears. The property was roomy, comfortable, clean and in a great location. During the stay, I had a few questions and she was readily available to answer and had a quick solution to a simple issue that I had. While 3 bedrooms were way more than I needed, I appreciated the family room and kitchen being roomy and also appreciated having a garage. There were ample kitchen supplies to make anything that you would need to make. Ample paper products, hangers, blankets, towels, etc. Drawer and closet space was plentiful. Nice size TVs in family room and bedrooms. Thermostat was easily controlled. Plenty of lighting and outlets. There were also games and travel brochures for Moab. I would definitely stay here when/if I am in Moab again!

This house was spotless, presented exactly as described and pictured in the listing. I have rented many homes but never one as well provisioned as this. I so appreciated having seasonings, coffee filters, nice cookware and well cared for appliances. Thank you!!!!

Everything we needed was there. Such a warm atmosphere and beautiful decor. Host went above and beyond to meet a need I had. So appreciated. Btw, hot tub is not at the house. It's nearby.

Very comfortable stay

Great property that was very well stocked and served as a good jumping off place to exploring Moab and national parks. Very attentive host, which made the experience seamless. I had teenage kids and 75 year old parents with me and everyone felt like they were able to relax easily at the house with their own comforts of home. I would definitely stay here again.

Half Marathon and National Park Experience

This property was quiet, clean, spacious and a well stocked kitchen. We had a group of five adults so the three bedrooms and three full baths was ideal. The townhouse and village was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains all around. Close to town and both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Owner is very friendly and responsive as well as helpful with any questions and providing area information. There were plenty of guides in the home which also allowed us to find some local hikes outside of the National Parks. Check in and check out were simple and seamless. I definitely recommend this property. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic stay

Before we even got to the property, the manager reached out to make sure I had gotten the email instructions as others reported it ending up in spam. This was a nice personal touch to ensure we didn't have problems getting into the property and when I asked she even gave me some restaurant recommendations. This really set the bar high and the property itself didn't disappoint. When we first got inside we joked about how someone must have had fun with the label maker - everything was labeled. But quickly I realized how nice it was not to try and figure out which switch went to which light. And while we didn't use the kitchen except for breakfast and making sandwiches, everything you could possibly need was there (and labeled! :-) Few small nit-picks (these are mostly personal preferences so don't consider them a negative of the property). -The master mattress is memory foam which was soft on the sides so ended up sleeping in the middle. I'm a large guy and had to get rid of our memory foam mattress at home for the same reason. I suspect most normal sized people wouldn't even notice. -I don't like a perfectly quiet room and have a fairly loud air cleaner at home to generate white noise. The first night the small amount of road noise bothered me the first night, but there as a fan in the closet which did the trick the rest of the trip. (my friends didn't hear road noise) We had a great trip and would definitely look to stay at this property again when we come back to Moab.

Perfect For 3 Coulpes

We have visited Moab on several occasions and we would have to say this is our favorite property. Very warm and inviting. Extra comfortable beds, nice emmenities, bathroom set up, trailer parking available, and we really loved the filtered water and. ice maker feature fridge. Working with Roanne was easy and pleasant. This property will be our first choice next visit.

Wonderful time in Moab

This is an amazing home located on the edge of Moab. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views are amazing, we loved waking up to a spectacular view of the red mountains. The rock shops in town were a favorite place to stop. Gloria's and the Jailhouse cafe had great food and wonderful service. The communication with the owners was fast and easy. I would highly recommend staying at this home and enjoying the beautiful views.

Well Cared for Rental

This is a very nice property. Thoughtful attention has been paid to supplies provided for use by guests. Access to a pool is perfect for a family. Comfy beds, nice linens, and the house is clean.

Roanne was an excellent hostess answering all of our questions right away and even leaving a gift for us upon our arrival. We were quite comfortable and the location can’t be beat with such close proximity to downtown Moab and the entrance to Arches National Park!

National Park Home Base

We stayed in Moab as a home base to visit Arches and Canyonlands NPs. The house was as described and the perfect location. It was a fantastic place for the 6 of us to stay during our vacation!

The home was wonderful! Our host was very helpful and responsive. She provided several toiletries I expected to have to go buy upon arrival. That was a very nice surprise! She also left a nice welcoming gift with snacks. The notes about the area and local restaurants she provided were very help.

Roanne takes care of the day to day management of the property.
