Il offre un peu d'intimité grâce à une salle de lock-out pour studio. La zone principale du condo comprend une cuisine complète, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un coin salle à manger et un salon spacieux. Le balcon privé couvert offre une vue magnifique sur l'ouest du golfe du Mexique et vous permettra de profiter de tout en vous détendant. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king, et deux lits jumeaux peuvent être trouvés dans la deuxième chambre. Chacune de ces deux chambres est dot��e d'une salle de bains privative complète. Le lock-out est aménagé comme un studio avec un très grand lit, une kitchenette et une salle de bain compl��te. Vous trouverez également une deuxième laveuse et une sécheuse de ce côt�� de votre location de vacances.

Perfect get away!

This property is located at the end of the building, private, had what we needed for a comfortable weeks stay, right on the beach! Pur kids were thrilled to have the pool, indoor and outdoor to choose from and a quiet location. The grounds were kept clean, no loud parties and we felt safe!

We were very pleased with this room. The views were amazing, the rooms had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they responded quick. Everything was very clean, AC worked great. I would absolutely book this property again.

No frills condo....we were there for beach

The condo was as the description states needing updates. The appliance, furniture, cookware, decor, etc was very dated and well used. That being said, the condo, grounds, and pool were clean. The location was ideal. The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful.

Our stay in Sea Crest 601

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental location was perfect! The view didn't disappoint. The cleanliness of the property was a concern. As I plugged in my charger, I found old tissue behind the night stand. The condo itself needs an upgrade. One bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder. The beach chairs were full of old sand! My friends and I choose a different location every year. We look for luxury to some extent. This condo provided none. The small things like salt and pepper have always been provided at other places we rented. This place provided nothing but coffee filters. Small things, but important to us. I'd give this property an overall rating of 3.

Beautiful

Great location. Building is a horrible design, there is only an elevator access at one end of the building. This condo is located at the opposite end! There is a lot of walking involved! The condo itself is beautiful & has a great view of the beach!

Plus the fire alarm went off 2 nights while we was there and I sprained my ankle having to rush out.

Beautiful view, nice place

Really really liked the layout of this property, and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the decks overlooking the gulf views. We were a little bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The location was wonderful. You are only steps away from the beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Parking was easy and Legacy Vacations did a great job responding quickly to all of my questions. The beds, bathrooms and kitchens were all very clean.Cons: This unit is in major needs of updates. The walls are scratched and the carpet and tile floors are worn. The closet doors were also sitting on the floor (off the hinges) in the front bedroom. There’s also a balcony door handle that is about to fall off.This place needs a little TLC, but it’s a good value for your money when it comes to more expensive locations next door.

Took my husband, my 82 year old mother, and two adopted adult daughters to Fort walton Beach Florida for a week long vacation. We loved the condo and location.
