The house was great for location, cleanliness, and overall needs inside. However the stair situation was very poor accessibility, had to climb up and down a very steep and snowy fire escape to access the parking spot, and the front stairs were also very steep and snowy.

The apartment was spotless and beautiful! Our family of four had a wonderful week! Comfy beds, kitchen fully equipped. Location is great, easy walk to lots of restaurants and very close to Metro stop to go further afield. Vlad was very responsive to our questions and a very gracious host who goes the extra mile! We really enjoyed our stay in this clean modern condo. All communications with the host were answered immediately. The instructions on how to get into the apartment were easy to understand and we had no problems. The location was great and we walked to McGill for a graduation we were attending and we were also able to walk to the Old Town. The beds were really comfortable and there was lots of hot water with great water pressure. We would love to stay here again when we visit Montreal. The only note was that there are about 25 stairs up into the apartment. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged to walk up the stairs.

The place is very well situated. Just a short walk from the Metro and surrounded by great food options. For a family with two teenagers, having separate spaces is a must. It was also nice for our teenage athlete to be able to cook his own meals whenever he got hungry. We’ll definitely return next time we are in Montreal

Very comfortable three bedroom flat. Everything as advertised, and would stay here again. The location was a nice middle area if looking to visit multiple parts of Montreal. Back spiral stair a little difficult in the winter months. Thank you to the host.

Excellent location.

The stairs front and back were a bit much. Very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck throughout the day.
