Family fun

Great house in a great location. Pool is great but not heated. Fun for cold plunge at night. I’m sure it doesn’t need to be heated later on in the year. Perfect house for a fun family get away.

This house is in the very quiet, well-to-do Biltmore neighborhood. Though the house was spacious, the pool wasn’t heated (we were there when temperatures were a bit cooler) and the house wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped, particularly the rugs and the ceiling fans! All of the kitchen pots and pans were worn out beyond use. This house has so much potential if it was better taken care of.

Not clean

This would be a great property if it was cleaned properly. There was someones Gas X sitting on a shelf in the back room where the pull out couch is, food on the shelving by the TV and the toilet in the back was not cleaned at all. The kitchen cabinets were never wiped down, I bought Clorox wipes and wiped them down myself. The light fixtures in the kitchen and above the table are very dirty and there is a shoe print on the ceiling above the island. Upon leaving I checked under the bed to see if we left anything and there was a bottle of Aleve and about 10 empty water bottles that were not from us. Candy wrappers in the twin bedroom under the night stands also not from us. This place just needs a good cleaning and it would be great. Great neighborhood!

Hi Misty, we’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-We confirmed with the cleaning crew that proper checks were completed, and they assured us that food or bottles would not have been left behind. For cleanliness concerns, we encourage guests to notify us right away so we can promptly validate and address any issues. Given the cleaners' thoroughness, it’s surprising that bottles were overlooked in visible areas, as this is the first time such concerns have been raised.-Regarding the kitchen light fixtures, they do tend to accumulate dust during storms and unfortunately require the entire fixture to be removed for thorough cleaning. We’re actively looking into ways to improve this process.-Regrettably, we were not contacted during your stay. We encourage all our guests to reach out right away if they find anything unsatisfactory so that we can promptly send someone to address the concern.-To enhance our process, we have instructed the cleaning team to send a video to the homeowner after each cleaning to ensure the property is in excellent condition.As highlighted by other guest feedback, the owner consistently delivers exceptional 5-star experiences. We are confident they will maintain this high standard moving forward.

Phoenix home with a pool

The home was clean and updated inside, but the outside pool area needs a little updating. The outside seating cushions were dirty/torn and old, the pool filter was not turned on when we arrived, and the water was cloudy. After I called the contact, the pool filter was turned on and the water cleared up by the next morning. There was no binder/book with instructions on anything, we had to call the contact on how to turn on AC because it was not intuitive, no recommendations on restaurants, etc. I reached out to contacts given about getting in earlier than 4 pm, but didn't get a response. Finally, when we arrived that day, I was told we could for a 50 fee. I've never had to pay a fee to arrive a little earlier. Most of the places were happy to let us in without a cost. I think using a company to manage is not the best way, and I will consider this on my next reservation.

Home layout is wonderful

The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The layout is lovely. The owner should consider changing cleaning service . It appears the surfaces are minimally wiped down. There is dust in the vents, baseboards, window sills, and fans need attention. The refrigerator was not wiped clean from previous guests. The pots and pans had grease. The toaster was not working properly. Suggest that the leave some instruction on how to use the google thermostats or the website to find information. Not enough Warm blankets available for the beds. Extra bath towels needed. Bathroom faucet had minimal hot water and was restricted flow. Kitchen faucet need adjustment to shut off. Hair left in bathroom sink. Tub not cleaned thoroughly. The floors in the bathroom are not cleaned. Debris left under the beds. Loose toilet seat by the office. Overall the home needs a deep clean and some maintenance items addressedd.
