We welcome to this beautiful, 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, waterfront home, which is perfect for families looking to escape. Boasting breath-taking views of the water from every angle and comes complete with a private pool making it the ultimate destination for relaxation and fun.
Welcoming up to 11 guests, this large waterfront family home invites a tranquil paradise for those wishing to escape.
With a huge pool framing the backyard of the property, accompanied by a waterfront private pontoon, this large home is styled to compliment the coastal vibe that is the Gold Coast.
You'll enjoy over the two floors, the fluid coastal styling, and open plan layout which sprawls into a panoramic alfresco living/dining space elevated on your private patio, with pool and waterfront views of the canal.
Equipped with modern appliances and fixtures, the entertainers kitchen, complete with gas cooktop, overlooks the pool, which allows you to never be too far away from the action.
Bedding configuration is as followed:
Master bedroom 1:
1x King Bed - with ensuite.
Bedroom 2:
1x queen Bed
Bedroom 3:
1x Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4:
1x Queen Bed - with ensuite.

1x Set of bunk beds. Double bottom bunk, Single top.
Benowa/Benowa Waters is home of the Gold Coast City's Regional Botanic Gardens which consists of 31 spectacular hectares with parks, natural billabongs, children's playground, BBQ's & dog off leash areas.
Benowa/Benowa Waters is highly prized for its central location and proximity to Surfers Paradise. Bordered mostly by waterways including Main River, Benowa is located to the west of the Isle of Capri and Bundall, and is just five kilometres from the beach.

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
Note:
Owners cars are in garage so no access and that there is off street parking inside the front gates for 2 cars.
Guests have access to the entire property.
We dont take groups of individuals and this property is set up for families. Must be over 25 to book
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. Please note we take a bond separate to airbnb.
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- "Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation"
