You will love the huge family sized heated swimming pool and expansive deep waterfront which overlooks parkland on the other side. You will have your own private jetty to park a boat, jetski or enjoy fishing for your dinner right in front of your home! Kayaks are provided to cruise the waterways.

Surfers Paradise Escape, is a large home with enough room for any large family or two small groups. A big double story home with 4 big sized bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. You will enjoy all the features of the home including unlimited free wifi, large TV, butlers pantry with wines fridges and enjoy open plan living with the lounge, dining, casual bar seating and kitchen all blending into a big open space. Tucked away at the front of the home is a study with it’s own library books, double desk and kids rumpus room with TV and casual lounge seating.

Around the pool you will find multiple sun lounges and seating covered in sunshine. There is also a full shaded alfresco dining table with enough room to seat 8 and overlooking the 4 burner BBQ. The bedrooms upstairs all open up to a wonderful big balcony with casual outdoor seating perfect for reading a book and taking in the amazing waterfront views.

The location of this home on the private Chevron Island is walking distance to one of the trendy parts of the Gold Coast. is one of the best. Located just 2mins walk to Chevron Island main dining and shopping strip giving you options galore. Just across the river is the famous HOTA parkland which is brilliant for kids to swim in the man made lake and hosts the Gold Coast Farmers Market every Sunday morning which is a kids and foodie haven for fresh street food of every kind! The rest of the Gold Coast is an easy drive within 4 mins you will be on the beach, 5 mins to Broadbeach, Sea World and other Theme Parks just 20mins drive.
