Bnb Booking is excited to host you and want to ensure you have a relaxing stay. To create a seamless experience, weâve outlined some important details and house rules.
##Important Information##
â We have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guests must sign the rental agreement.
â We also require a copy of your ID (front and back).
â We also require a security deposit which will be authorised separately.
â No loud noise / no parties or events of any kind. Quiet hours start from 9 pm otherwise eviction could occur.~~
â Quiet hours start from 9 pm. Failure to comply may result in eviction.
â No more than 8 adults. If you have booked for more than 8 adults, please reach out to our team. If you have not responded to our requests and it is less than 30 days before your stay, no refund will be given and your stay will be cancelled.
â We take an external charge hold security bond externally: $2000.
â All group stays may require a $5,000 external bond so reach out prior to booking please.
â We require all guests to inform us at least 48 hrs in advance of any special requests with set up of the bedding to 4 singles accommodated without a minimum 2-hour setup charge of $100.
â Call-out fee from our security: $250 for the first call-out. Second call-out: $500 and immediate eviction.
â Neighbour Complaints / Security Charges: Guest actions that result in neighbour complaints or the involvement of security or police will result in forfeiture of their bond ($2000) and an additional charge of $3,000 for rule violations.
â Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by the hosts due to breaches or damage. The security officer has the ownerâs consent to enter and inspect the property if there are concerns. If unauthorised guests are found, the bond will be forfeited, and immediate eviction may occur.
â Any type of function, party or gathering will incur a $3,000 charge and the booking will be immediately terminated without a refund.
â Accidental or deliberate damage will incur additional cleaning or replacement charges. Most guests respect the property, but we must advise of extra charges where applicable.
â SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home. Violation will incur a $1,000 âSmoke Damageâ cleaning fee to remove odours from the house and/or linens.
â No smoking on the property.
â Cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.
â No more than 3 cars.
â The listing must be left in a clean condition with furniture returned to its original position, or an extra fee will apply.
â All Pets need prior approval (for properties that accept pets). Pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2 pets per stay) will be charged within Airbnb please add to your booking. Please ensure you add pet numbers to your reservation. No pets on any furniture. We do not take pets that bark excessively or shed hair. If there are neighbour complaints of barking, the pet will have to be removed immediately or your stay will be cancelled.
â No schoolies.
â Bins must be placed out for collection on the day indicated on the bin or Monday night. Yellow bins are collected on alternate weeks.
â Only registered guests are permitted unless arranged in writing beforehand. Unauthorised guests will incur a charge of $100 per guest, per night for the entire stay.
â Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am unless otherwise arranged with prior written approval.
â Late check-out without notice: $100 per hour charged while cleaners wait.
â If no back-to-back booking, a half-day charge of $400 allows a 2 pm checkout with 24 hours notice.
