Stunning apartment overlooking VancouverViews are breathtaking on 30th floor Modern clean well appointed kitchen and bathrooms with all necessities Fabulous central island for cooking and chillin Bed rooms super comfortable if not a little bit short on space to move around Safe area well connected to down town and china quarters so many bars and restaurants Incredible Asian super market and cafe next door to apartment complexThe only negative comments are the appartment has a ‘cobbled together ‘ feeling With lots of random hanging cables , push pins and tape everywhere that kinda makes it feel somewhat amateurish which is not doing the apartment any justice at all Loved our stay though and would have no hesitation in staying again - thank you

Thank you for your comment. The furniture is not dirty, it’s old leather. Definitely a difference. I will talk to the cleaning staff about the shower and will have photos now before every guest.

Andrea and Roy were great with communication, making check-in super easy. The location is a short walk to Gastown, Yaletown, and tons of restaurants. Plenty of transit options nearby too. Best part? The awesome views. The balcony’s perfect for chilling and catching sunrises or sunsets.

The place is very worn and not well maintained. The en suite bathroom shower head was not able to be attached. It was just a shower wand with no hook to hold it. Guests had to hold the shower head while using it. However, the secondary shower was lovely. When I arrived the towels hanging in the bathroom were still wet. The dryer failed to dry fully and the staff still hung up wet towels. The beds should have bed bug protection covers, not just a sheet. They should be fully enclosed with zippered covered. Stripping the bed exposed the very stained mattresses below. If you aren’t experienced with induction cook top, it was a challenge to use at first. Place is not great for tall people. One of our guest kept hitting his head on the hood vent, the lamp hanging over the couch, and again on the shower head. TV is set up only for owners Netflix. It looked like a personal account with 5 profiles and we were uncomfortable using one. We were unable to use the cable port to use another device. Bummer to be there during the World Cup and unable to watch matches from the unit. Balcony and views were amazing. Location was great. Very close and convenient to so many activities and great food.Check in was clunky meeting the assistance. I asked for an early check in and unfortunately she wasn’t able to meet us until 20 minutes after our standard check in time. I would stay again. It was clean, just poorly maintained.

Andrea was a pleasure to work with, through the booking process and gaining nearby food recommendations as well as gaining access to this high-rise unit. Very complete kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing View and Location

This apartment is literally in the middle of everything you could want to see or do in downtown Vancouver. The views from the balcony and the overall location are both 10/10.We walked to multiple museums, ate amazing food for every meal, went to a comedy club, a sports bar and a dance club all on different nights and we did it all without ever moving our car out of the parking garage or paying for a ride to get anywhere.We will be staying here anytime that we come back, assuming it's available.

I couldn't be happier calling this gorgeous condo home for 4 nights, I would stay again and wish i can extend my stay longer, it truly has a HOME feeling, excellent location close to everything we wanted to do, steps to the metro/bus stops. Our host & housekeeper were very attentive, courteous & welcoming. If you're lucky enough to have stumbled into this condo, book it!

Very cute apartment! The view is breathtaking and the area has many things with in walking distance. Lots of good food all around. There will be some homeless people wandering around however they were very to themselves and didn’t seem to be bothering anyone. It’s not just that area that has homeless it’s a city so it was pretty much anywhere you went. Andrea was very clear with her communication and everything was smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again and again.

What amazing views from this 30th floor apartment over Gastown and Burrard Inlet! Great shower, comfy bed, kitchen facilities, interesting art and quirky decor :-). Easy access to Skytrain, city centre bus services etc. Andrea and her team were incredibly helpful and super communicators. Recommended!

The suite was impeccably cleaned by cleaning staff. I have photos after my staff cleaned it. It was not “kind of dirty”

Great view

The condo was overly warm and stuffy, even when it was possible to open a few windows and it was cool outside. There were numerous wires, as well as chains, hooks, tape, and nails everywhere. I was anxious about an electrical fire and having to walk down 30 flights of stairs. The on site manager did not return phone messages, but the owner was very prompt with replies to notes.

There was no electrical fire. I have no idea what you are talking about. There is an air conditioner when it’s hot and open the windows when it’s warm. I do not even understand your review.

We really enjoyed our stay at 270 degrees. The owner was fantastic with communication. Even arranged an access swipe for our late night arrival. Walking in at night, wow what a view. All up and down the dowmtown area. The apartment had a modern kitchen and plenty of room. The two bathrooms where lovely and clean. Towels and bedding was all ready. We didnt use the kitchen although all appliances were there. Close to touring around town being in the downtown area. We walked to most restaurants. Yes, if you need a stay in vancouver well worth it.

Amazing views and access to tourist areas of Vancouver

No real complaints about anything for our stay. Loved having a grocery store in the same building so we could get stuff for breakfasts and snacks. The views from the unit were amazing. Every morning while having coffee, we'd just stare out at the water and watch all the activity. I think we were there at the perfect time as temperatures were lower. I can see how the unit would get quite warm in the summer, but there is an air conditioner which we didn't have to turn on. We were able to walk to False Creek, Yaletown, Gastown, and Stanley Park. Once we parked the car, we never needed it until we left. The secured parking was also a huge plus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if and when I get back to Vancouver

Not for me

It's in the heart of a city so if you like the city, it golden. I personally don't like watching people on drugs right outside the building and the apartment manager having to clean urine out of the elevator. Once safe inside and 30 floors up, it was fine. It seems like the apartment could be cleaned up a bit - get rid of the numerous nails and hooks in the walls and ceiling and maybe a paint job. But the view was phenomenal.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy Vancouver. There are addicts everywhere in downtown Vancouver as it is a big city. I don’t see how this diminishes my service and my beautiful suite.
