Loved our stay

Great house; perfect if you want two separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. Accessible to Ludington, Pentwater, Lake Michigan, and Bass Lake. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again!

This is a wonderful cottage to stay in, close to the big lake, beaches, and all that makes a vacation wonderful. Especially nice for multiple groups as the cottages are really separate and allow for space for each family unit. The cottage decor was tasteful and Michigan themed. Very clean, stocked well with linens, paper goods and cooking utensils/dishes. Host was fabulous, left a useful manual for guests and accessible by phone and email. Enjoyed the time there with my son and his family in a beautiful wooded setting by the lake. Nice fire bowl for evening campfires and plenty of outdoor chairs to accommodate everyone. Didn't use the games or books there, but they were there for rainy days. Great place to stay, absolutely recommend.

Perfect for our family

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Summit park was so close, the little ones loved the Pirate Ship, hanging out at the beach and Sterns Beach in Ludington never disappoints. We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and perfect for our family ranging from 3 - 69 years old :)

Clean, Cute and Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year in a row staying here and we couldn't be happier. Two separate but joined spaces were perfect for our family. Two kitchens and baths made this so practical, and the great room is so spacious for our family of 7. Cant wait till next year!

Spacious,clean and close to Lake Michigan

These two cottages are centrally located between Pentwater and Ludington. We visited beaches in both locations. The surroundings are peaceful, nice fire pit and hammock. The cottages were clean, nicely decorated and have all the amenities needed. One suggestion is to have a picnic table outside. We had beautiful weather and love being outdoors and would have eaten meals outside if there were a picnic table. Loved our stay and would rent again. Thank you!!

House was perfect! Private location. Close to beaches and short drive to town. It’s basically two houses in one. We brought my mother and she had one whole side of the house to herself for privacy. Lots of wildlife to watch. We would definitely stay here again!

Will definitely stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect set for what our families needed; individual “units” for each family and we could still spend time together without being in each others space. We had nice fires at the fire pit, took turns swimming on the little tree swing and after the kids went to sleep each night we were able to hang out on the cozy screened in-porch. Each little “apartment” has a portable air conditioner and there are also a few window fans which is nice. A two minute walk down the road is a fish restaurant CASH ONLY and beach access, with a playground and tennis courts are only a 6 minute walk. There were just a few minor cleaning misses but that did not dampen our stay. We will definitely be back next summer but this time for longer.

It's really 2 places in one which gave us space to spread out and come together. It's clean and mostly updated. We had no problems checking in or out. When I tripped a fuse, the property responded quickly and the matter was resolved. Lake Michigan was very lose by, but you cannot see it from the property. The cottage is very private and quiet. I would recommend this reental!
