Stoneridge C31A has twenty-four steps leading in, is one level, and offers

internet access. This pet-friendly unit has a standard rating and sleeps six.

The living room features a flat-screen TV (please note there is no fireplace

available), and there’s a fully functional kitchen, with the dining room

seating six.



The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a full bath, while the second

bedroom also has a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a double

bed, and these rooms share a second full bath. This unit is within walking

distance to the slopes, weather permitting, and you can relax on the deck with

a great view of the mountain.



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the

summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor

pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : The hot tubs at the Stoneridge community are only for the

homeowners and are not available for guest use). **_However, all resort condo

rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools.

During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-

in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_. All communities offer shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a

credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior
