We loved this house. Plenty of space for our family. Check in was easy. Communication was good. We did have an issue with the dishwasher that the management promptly had fixed within a couple of hours. It was nice having a Publix around the corner. The only negative I could say is the kitchen is minimally stocked. Bring the salt and pepper. :)

This house was phenomenal!! It is definitely a house that easily accommodates any age from young to old. It had beautifully themed rooms, a playroom for the toddlers, large living areas and an incredible kitchen layout. It is also a pet friendly unit. We definitely got our money's worth out of the pool at the house alone! It was well worth having the pool heated for our stay. It made the water comfortable at all times, day and night. The amenities in the neighborhood are amazing but I have to be honest, we had our best times at the house! The early check in process and the quick responses on any questions I had prior to and during our stay made booking and preparing for this vacation practically stress free. I would highly recommend this house for any family wanting to spend time all together and be in close proximity to all that Orlando and Davenport have to offer. Thank you for another wonderful family memory that I will cherish forever!

The house details matched everything online. All the rooms were very nice and clean. It was perfect for our family stay. The pool and hot tub was great to have at the house . The clubhouse was a great addition. The price was reasonable for the amount of days we stayed. Would definitely book again. It was also very easy communicating with the host. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the home does have a playroom, and the photos you may have seen after reviewing the initial property photos are most likely from the clubhouse, which offers additional games and amenities. Those games are located at the clubhouse, not inside the home. The number 308 is simply the ID we use to identify this property. We’re glad to hear that the home was in good condition during your 3-night stay, including cleanliness and maintenance. We appreciate your comments and hope you were able to enjoy your time at the property and the community amenities. We also understand that your rating was based on the game room expectation, rather than issues with the home itself. -The IHM Team

Over all great area and peace full place. Expected to have a pool table to play according to the listing but didn't. My kids were very disappointed. The gate check in was a mess. No control of traffic. Over all, will plan another week or weekend gateways here.

Champions Gate Home

The six bedroom five bathroom home we stayed at, and ChampionsGate was very nice. Our youngest granddaughter loved the Brave inspired room, and our oldest granddaughter loved the Harry Potter inspired room. Overall, the house was very and was very up-to-date with all the modern amenities you would want. The only small thing that I noticed that I would fix would be some of the scuff marks on the walls by just repainting or touching them up. Overall, I was very pleased with the house and the concierge service. Hope to get to stay down there again in the near future.

Clean house, family friendly, carpets were run down, could tell they have been used to where the floor pads are flat. There were some minor knicks and marks on the floors, walls, and doors. Having a pool attached was great for the kids when trying to lay low for the evening, as well as had an on-site water park. Biggest concern was delay in getting maintenance team out, first to fix the recurrent breaking of a freezer door handle, and then the lock on the second sliding door. Hosts were very responsive otherwise and helpful. Overall would recommend, realizing you are going into an area that sees high traffic.

Beautiful kitchen & enough space for visit

The kitchen was my main focus. It was beautiful and perfect. Not enough pots and pans. But i made it work. I loved the bathroom downstairs, since my knee replacement I can't climb steps much. Just wish the bathroom was a walk in shower in stead of the tub. But i made it work and it doesn't take any stars away from my stay. I will return. It was nice have a pool at the house as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay for me and my family and being all that was advertised.
