**We are Beach Front and Pet friendly, Large Smart TV 's with High Speed

WiFi.**



This is a large roomy home. A bit rustic, but pet friendly and WATERFRONT!!



Enjoy the views of the beach and the water from our large deck recently built

on the back of this Beach front home. From this deck you can watch the waves

roll in, while keeping an eye on the little ones.



This historic home features 4 bedrooms, the master with a Queen and a Twin and

an attached full bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen, the third

bedroom has two Twins and the 4th bedroom, on the lower level has two Twins

and one Queen. This unit can accommodate 11 guests in the beds, possibly even

more if you "pile in" and use the sofa's or your own air mattresses and

sleeping bags.



We have 2 Living Rooms - one for adults and one for the kids! Both with Large

Smart TV's for your relaxing entertainment.



This Beach Front Cottage is so close to the water you can throw a rock in it.



Park directly in front of your door and be on the sandy dunes within a few

steps. This large sprawling home is fantastic for multi-families or smaller

groups. We love our beach house and its rustic nature. For some it could be

considered rough. Sand can blow thru gaps in the older windows and you may

feel an occasional draft. If you love the original pink and green colored

tiled bathrooms, the original parquet wood floors and love being right on the

beach, then this one is for you. We hope you love its rustic nature just as

much as we do!



Our fully stocked kitchen has a "pass thru" to the large living room. We also

have a large dining table with seating for 6.



We are pet friendly with appropriate fees. With very little carpet, clean up

is a breeze! We even have an area that is perfect for Camp Fires in our fire

pit in the back. S'mores Anyone?



Parking is available for at least 3 vehicles, maybe more depending on the

size. We will allow some smaller events provided they are subdued. This is a

residential home in a residential neighborhood and we want to respect our

neighbors. Please check with me in advance for any such gatherings.



Please keep in mind that even with some modernizing over the years, this

property is a historical home that is now over 80 years old. It has some

eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of

the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. Our

bathrooms are not as large as modern built, but even so, we hope that you will

love our older and charming home.

in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay._



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
