Guest Access:

We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

This spacious, beautifully appointed home is located in a pleasant residential neighborhood with sidewalk-lined streets on the east side of Colorado Springs. It’s just a stone’s throw from route 21, a/k/a Powers Blvd., providing easy access to the region’s most popular attractions. It’s also a local shopping and dining hub, where you’ll find every convenience within a 5-minute drive, including your choice of several supermarkets.



The greater Colorado Springs region is known for being a paradise for outdoors enthusiasts. Opportunities abound for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, rafting, skiing, golfing, ziplining and more. Everywhere you turn, you’ll find a park, a trail, a view. Close to home, you’ll find:



High Chaparral Open Space (11 minutes)

Highest point in eastern Colorado Springs, great views of land and wildlife alike.



Sunset Mesa Open Space (9 minutes)

Includes a 3.2-mile trail with opportunities for spotting wildlife. Dogs on leash are welcome.



Pulpit Rock Park (11 minutes)

Open space preserve with 500 acres of land with paved and unpaved trails, plus city and mountain views.



The dramatic, diverse terrain of the region will keep you gasping – and reaching for your camera. Two favorite sights are the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center, home to ancient rock formations soaring 300 feet overhead (24 minutes), and Pikes Peak (“America’s Mountain”) standing at 14,115 feet above sea level (36 minutes).



But you won’t need your hiking boots, skis or waders for every hot spot in the area. Downtown Colorado Springs and the historic neighborhood of Old Colorado City (each about 20 minutes away) offer a tantalizing variety of restaurants, cafes, breweries, wine bars, museums, art galleries, theaters, shops and more.



Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

-Up to 3 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($150/month for one dog, $200/month for 2 dogs. No more than $400 per stay). Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds or furniture. No pets other than dogs allowed - we are sorry!

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited



Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:



- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.

- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.



Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Amazing Stay!

This house is fantastic! We stayed for a full month for work & play. The house is large, clean, and comfortable. It also has an incredible view of Pikes Peak, a large yard, a game room, and a great trail right behind the house where we walked our dog every day. We loved it so much, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this house and this location. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We’ll be back!

The Game House

We enjoyed our extended stay at what we called the “Game House”. Lots of room (6 bedrooms), comfy beds, clean, great location. Our kids especially enjoyed the bike/walking path behind the house and the close proximity to Cottonwood Creek Park. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the big backyard and access to the oversized garage. The kitchen was only adequately stocked and the arcade games are geared more for older kids & adults (our kids are 2 & 4). AC is only on the top level. Overall, it’s a beautiful home with lots of upgrades & modern touches & plenty of space for a small or big group to spread out. Hoste was very responsive to any issues we had. Great stay:)
