THE SEVENTY
Welcome to The Seventy — a private Colorado retreat set on 70 acres in Black Forest, with extraordinary panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.
Designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather — and plenty of room to spread out — this approximately 6,000-square-foot home offers three levels of living and entertaining space, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private theater, expansive game room, English-inspired pub, multiple fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and sweeping Colorado views.
The setting feels wonderfully removed from everything, yet Colorado Springs, the U.S. Air Force Academy and many of the area’s best-known attractions are within an easy drive.
PANORAMIC COLORADO VIEWS & 70 PRIVATE ACRES
The setting is one of the things that makes The Seventy truly special. From its elevated position in Black Forest, the property enjoys expansive, panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range across wide-open Colorado skies.
With 70 private acres surrounding the home, there’s a sense of space and privacy that’s increasingly hard to find — beautiful sunrises and sunsets, star-filled nights, wildlife passing through, and room to simply slow down and enjoy where you are.
A large deck extends the living space outdoors, with plenty of room to relax, dine and take in the view. The outdoor kitchen makes it easy to cook and gather outside, while the firepit provides another favorite spot for cool Colorado evenings.
SIX BEDROOMS • FIVE BATHROOMS • SLEEPS 14
The Seventy comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across six bedrooms:
• Second-floor primary suite — king bed, private sitting room, private balcony, dedicated coffee bar room, and oversized en suite bathroom with a double shower and freestanding tub
• Second-floor king bedroom — shares a large full bathroom with one other king bedroom
• Spacious second-floor king bedroom — shares the same large full bathroom
• Main-floor queen bedroom — private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Main-floor king bedroom — direct access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower, also accessible from the main living area
• Lower-level bedroom — two standalone twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed; sleeps four
The lower level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serving the bedroom, game room and theater area.
A LOWER LEVEL MADE FOR FUN
You may have a hard time convincing everyone to leave the house.
The expansive lower-level game room is designed for spending time together, with a pool table, foosball, specialty chess table and game/card table.
An English-inspired pub adds another gathering space and a little unexpected character — a fun place for conversation, cards or an evening drink without ever leaving home.
Nearby, the private theater features a massive 100-inch screen for movie nights, big games or settling in after a day of exploring Colorado.
And because this is a three-level home, there’s still plenty of space elsewhere for someone who would rather curl up with a book than participate in the pool tournament.
SPACE TO GATHER
The main level is centered around a large kitchen and comfortable gathering spaces designed for groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a holiday meal, with generous prep and storage space and plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware and serving pieces for a full house.
Multiple dining and conversation areas make it easy for everyone to be together without feeling crowded, while three gas fireplaces throughout the home add warmth and atmosphere during Colorado’s cooler months.
For coffee lovers, the home offers multiple ways to make your morning cup, while the primary suite has the added convenience of its own dedicated private coffee bar room.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Colorado is meant to be enjoyed outside, and The Seventy gives you plenty of ways to do it.
The large deck takes full advantage of the property’s panoramic mountain views and includes an outdoor kitchen for grilling and dining. Down below, gather around the firepit as the temperature drops, watch the sky change over the Front Range, or simply enjoy the quiet of being surrounded by private acreage.
THOUGHTFUL COMFORTS
The Seventy is set up for real group stays, not just good photographs.
You’ll find quality linens and towels, well-stocked bathrooms, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, two washers and two dryers, central heating and air conditioning, multiple coffee options, and the practical little things that make traveling with a group easier.
The home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 14 guests. With bedrooms and bathrooms distributed across all three levels, it’s particularly well suited to extended families, couples traveling together and multigenerational groups.
A PRIVATE RETREAT WITH COLORADO SPRINGS WITHIN REACH
The Seventy is located in Black Forest, northeast of Colorado Springs. You’ll enjoy the privacy and quiet of a large-acreage property while remaining within driving distance of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center and the many other attractions of the Pikes Peak region.
A vehicle is necessary, and that’s part of what makes the setting special: when you return at the end of the day, you’re leaving the city behind.
WELCOME TO THE SEVENTY
The Seventy was created to be more than simply a place with enough beds for a large group. It’s a place to reconnect — over a long dinner, a pool game, a movie, coffee on the balcony, drinks downstairs, or an evening around the fire.
Come explore Colorado. Or stay right here and enjoy the view.
