Small original bathroom has new wide shower head, toilet and sink and there’s a second toilet in the laundry with new washing machine and dryer. It is located on the garden level at the back of the house, under the kitchen, and is only accessed by using your house key.

There’s a large leafy courtyard, a chefs gas oven, wifi (the password is on a magnet near the fridge), aircon in every room, polished boards, small TV, Juliette balcony off third study/bedroom and you’re only one minute walk to bus stops in all directions.

Being an inner-city terrace, we have complete privacy but are in close proximity to our neighbours, with whom we have a good relationship and mutual respect. Please do not give them cause to complain.

Glebe is a non-smoking environment, but please feel free to smoke in the courtyard garden and dispose of fully extinguished cigarette butts in the rubbish.

The attic is a private storage space that is not available for guests.
