THE LOCATION:
Hope St Cottage III sits in a residential pocket just off Bathurst's CBD. George Street's cafés and restaurants are a short walk away — Crema on George (173 George St) for coffee and cake, Country Coffee overlooking Kings Parade, and Bake, Table & Tea further along. Keppel Street is also walkable, with The Hub Espresso, Bar & Eatery and Legall Patisserie at 56 Keppel Street. The Dudley Hotel is a 650m walk for a meal in the bistro or happy hour drinks.
Machattie Park and Kings Parade sit in the heart of the CBD, with the Ohkuma Japanese Garden inside the Macquarie River Bicentennial Park nearby. Abercrombie House (311 Oberon Rd) and Mount Panorama are both a short drive — Mount Panorama is around 10 minutes away for race weekends or a lap of the circuit. The Bathurst Adventure Playground sits at the corner of Hope and Durham Streets, and the Bathurst Tennis Centre is just along Durham Street. Manning Aquatic Centre is close by for the warmer months, with Metro Cinemas and Bathurst Tenpin Bowling both options for a quieter evening.
Charles Sturt University (Panorama Avenue) and Bathurst Base Hospital are both a short drive, making the cottage a workable base for placements, study, or work.

Other Things to Note:
The rear parking area is shared with guests in other units within the complex. Please park up to 2 cars in this area and be considerate of noise levels. If you're travelling with an additional car, kindly park it on the street.
Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
