Beautiful Villa La Riviera is a fabulous 6+ bedroom St. Martin villa rental located on sublime Plum Bay Beach, with its beautiful sunsets and crystal clear water. The villa has a delightful outdoor terrace with large pool and poolside gazebo overlooking the beach and your very own tennis court on the beach! The spacious living and dining area and large adjoining gourmet kitchen open out to the terrace and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

The 6+ bedrooms of this Saint Martin villa rental all have bathrooms and air-conditioning and open out onto the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 also has a small adjoining room suitable for a baby or small child.

Although secluded, you're only a few minutes away from amenities. In two minutes you arrive in Baie Nettle and the new culinary stars of the island, Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. Across the street is a terrific boulangerie, the iconic Le Cigale restaurant and a water sports concession. Five minutes further, is the French capital of Marigot filled with shops, restaurants, Creole Market, art galleries and historic buildings. Further afield, you reach the airport in 15 minutes, Grand Case in 20 minutes and in 30 minutes you arrive at the shopping paradise of Philipsburg.

The Space:
*Fresh water and electricity are rare commodities on the island, please do not waste them.
*The air conditioners are individual, please do not use them if the windows are open. Do not hesitate to turn them off when you leave the house.
*Wet bathing suits are not allowed on the sofas and cushions.
*It is forbidden to smoke in the villa.
*Use of the tennis court: we can lend you tennis rackets for the duration of your stay. We ask for a deposit of $200 per racket, which will be retained if the equipment is not returned in good condition. Any racket left in the sun, rain, or sand will have its deposit retained. Tennis balls are sold in sets of 4 for $15.
