Property was easy to get to and close to stores and restaurants. Pool was nice. The kids did love it. Everything was well stocked. Great separate spaces for everyone. We would have loved to rent a boat for a day but the weather did not cooperate. Last day was beautiful so the kids spent it in the pool.

The house was extremely clean when we checked in. The kitchen was well stocked. Numerous towels (both bath, hand and beach) were available as well as throw blankets so everyone was comfortable no matter where the thermostat was set. A net was provided for the pool and each day we would remove leaves for a clean swim. The house was spacious without feeling too big. The beds were all comfortable and took care of all sleeping needs. Lawn chairs of all varieties were provided. The home is a little older so our main challenge was figuring out where the light switches were for the various areas. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful and the location had plenty of parking space. You could walk down to the dock to get a better view of the lake. Our stay was amazing and the communication from the property manager was attentive and clear without being too much. We would totally rent this property again.

Great Place

We took a girls' trip to Hot Springs, and this house was perfect for us. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities and fixtures were great. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great cozy spacious home on the lake!

Clean, spacious property with more than enough room for all 6 of us! The pool was a must and it was great! Right in a little cove on the lake with a pier where we fished. A great time had by all!

Awesome House!!

This house was perfect for our family trip! We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The pool was gorgeous and the kids loved it!! Very well equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. We cooked most meals there. Lots of seating and great tables for the many games we played. I highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful

Our family spent Thanksgiving here and had the best time. The home was so warm and welcoming and fully stocked for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. The large decks and views of the lake plus the fall foilage were incredible. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with shopping/restaurants just a few minutes away.

Very clean and well kept! Loved the pool, hot tub, and lake access. House was also well stocked. Communication with the property manager was great! Our daughter left an item and was upset about it. The property manager graciously found and sent it to us. Would definitely book here again!

Overall amazing

This house was perfect! Everything is well taken care of and beautiful. We really enjoyed having lake access for fishing, along with the pool for swimming. The house is huge with tons of space, and so many amenities! We loved the stocked coffee bar. I even recommended this house to a travel agent friend of mine for when she books future clients wanting to stay in Hot Springs, we loved it that much!

Perfect!

Trip with my daughters and grandkids was perfect and relaxing, just as we were hoping! The place was great! We loved the pool, even though it was very cool! The house was just as it was described, with lots of extras! Will definitely try to stay here again on future trips to this area! The property manager was very helpful when we contacted her. We had no problems during our stay!

Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect. It was the best place my family and I could have spent Labor Day. We had access to a pool and a lake. There was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable without feeling crowded. It was close to the casino and the bath houses. We were also just a few miles from any hiking trails. It was just gorgeous and I can’t get over how amazing this place was. We had an incredible time and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Hidden Gem

This house is amazing! The master bedroom had balcony access, an incredible bathroom, and large walk-in closet! The two living rooms had tons of seating areas. The kitchen was well stocked, down to the crock pot with disposable liners! Downstairs was equally perfect with two bedrooms and easy access to the hot tub. The balcony wraps around half the house, overlooks the pool, and there are great lake views from every angle! The front yard had plenty of room for the kids to run and we made daily use of the firepit! Loved our stay here and hope to return again soon!

Stormy at first BUT ended as a ray of sunshine

Hands down best property managers. Decorated so beautifully with the horse track theme. So adorable. Plenty of room for a lot of people. Hot tub was awesome. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool because the storm. The property managers were amazing with communication and prompt response and cleaning of the property. Highly recommend this property for large families or for just a couple who wants all the amenities.

DON’T BOOK! The main reason we booked this home was the pool. We were notified the night before our stay tthe pool paint hadn’t cured properly back in April and it would only affect the appearance. That wasn’t our experience.Every time we got out of the pool we had to pick paint chips off our skin. The paint was clogging the robot vacuums/skimmers, so the pool was constantly dirty and we ended up cleaning it ourselves every day just to be able to use it. The pool was the primary amenity we booked the property. Our kids even had paint in their ears. Awful. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open. My brother in law sat in one of the pool chairs that we did not realize was broken and he almost fell on the concrete. Two of the “clean” towels had a very strong unpleasant odor and were unusable.The air conditioning wasn’t keeping the house cool-we had to have someone come out on our first day.The Wi-Fi only supported a couple of devices at a time, which made it difficult for our group to use.We found cracked drinking glasses andmultiple dishes and cups had been put away dirty, including some with dried food still on them. We were supposed to check in at 4 and the house wasn’t ready until 430. The home did not match the condition in the listing photos, and we were especially disappointed with the pool. It left us feeling dirty after every swim, which completely took away from the experience we had planned. Would not recommend.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We're sorry the pool paint issue affected your stay so significantly; we did repaint at the start of the season, but it began peeling within a few weeks, and while the water chemistry remained properly maintained and safe throughout, we understand the cosmetic issue was frustrating, especially since the pool was your main draw. We plan to drain and fully resurface it in the off season so this won't be a concern going forward. On the A/C, we had our contractor out promptly to address cooling during a stretch of very hot days, and we continue to have all three units serviced annually. We were also concerned to hear about the dishes and glasses put away dirty, as this isn't something we've heard before, and we regret the inconvenience it caused. We take all of this feedback seriously and are using it to improve the home for future guests.
