LAKE HAMILTON POOL HOUSE has 4 bedrooms one king, two queens, I full, 1 twin and two bathrooms. A comfortable living room and a nice kitchen with plenty amenities to make food with. The back yard is very desirable with a big in ground pool and a bar right next to it, that includes a pool table and right outside of the Master bed room is a lounging area with fire pit. There also is a hot tub that can fit up to 6 people. Including a gas grill. The master bedroom has a oversized jacuzzi bath tub as well. THE HEATED POOL OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1 ST till March 30th it’s- $100 A NIGHT. 3 DAY MINIMUM it takes a full 24hrs to heat up before your stay,heater is a 400,000 BTU gas heater that works very well but is also very expensive to run. The heated pool is 80 to 85degrees. Pets are ok with owners approval and there is a $100 per pet fee. If your pet goes to the bathroom in the house or does any damage you will be charged.The back yard is secure please do not leave your pets in the house when you are not there. There is also a dog door from the laundry room to the garage and from the garage to the back yard.So they will not have to be in the heat or the cold. Please pick up after your pets. There is a community launch ramp,dock and boat trailer parking literally across the street…We are easy to get along with and hope you book lake Hamilton pool house for a great time!!
This place is so fun I hate to leave every time I come here….If there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, such as my co host Rhianna is now offering a personal chef experience! She can cook you five star meals, such as a breakfast chef experience, lunch or dinner. If interested, we can talk about it in your booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed. We had an issue with the master bathroom shower but Raymond came within a couple of hours and had everything taken care of for us. Communication with him was always easy! The backyard and pool were great! We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and relaxing. The location was perfect for us...close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to enjoy some peace and privacy.The backyard was definitely one of our favorite features. It truly feels like a private oasis. The pool is beautiful, and while the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it as much as we had hoped, it was still a fantastic amenity. We especially loved the covered outdoor bar area, which was a great place to relax, listen to music, and spend time together.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy, and check in was straightforward. Overall, this was a great place to unwind and enjoy a getaway.We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with a beautiful outdoor space.

Beautiful home with lots of room. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub, making smores over the fire pit, and playing games in the outdoor entertainment area. Perfect place for entertaining and close to area attractions. Appreciated being able to bring our dog as well. We will definitely be back!

This place was the perfect getaway for family and friends. We enjoyed a quiet family Christmas after a year of chaos, and it was exactly what we needed. The decorations were spot on, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens, and it truly felt like home. Dog-friendly and a great balance of party and relaxation vibes. Communication and host effort were also a 10/10. The only thing we wished for was more propane so we could enjoy the fire and grill longer. We will definitely be back!

Hot tub was not working during our week long stay. It has a film over the top of water, foul odor, jets didn't turn on. Photo attached. We did contact the host. Host have instructions that did not fix problems. Host indicated a repairman would look at the hot tub after our visit ended. Hot tub was a major reason why we booked this property, if we knew it was not functioning we would have booked another property. Kitchen pots and pans were peeling, but there was an alternative pan we could use. Property would be great for a party.Pool was refreshing. Living room couch was comfy!Pool table was repaired during our stay and host did let is know that a repairman would be on the property during our stay. If we visit Hot Springs again, we would pick a different property for the reasons above.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Worst host ever!! Does not effectively offer any resolutions to any problems!! Will tell you ‘have a great weekend’ even when the main gas line to the house isn't working!! So that means NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER, NO OVEN Hot tub did not work. Things were not tidy like claimed. From the outdoor space to the refrigerator! After claiming problems were fixed he asks you the guest to run around, through text, doing maintenance work and will accuse you of being scammers!!!! AWFUL AWFUL ZERO STARS!!!!!

The day of their arrival we messaged them and told them the house was having a couple issues we were having worked on. And that we had a completely different house with a hot tub on the lake and they could use the pontoon boat. They denied that and stayed at the house anyways. The next morning instead of just asking for the other property they went on to let us know they were an officer of the law in their state and they were going to be suing us. They literally went so big. I’m having to file a complaint with their state attorneys office on them pulling their badge on me while they’re on vacation. All they had to do is simply wake up and say this isn’t working out for us, we would like to have the other property. Instead, they took the vicious route and ended up with nothing. Actually threatened and harassed my co host called over 30 times and literally threw a fit to the point. She was scared to let them into another property. In fear for what they may do to the next property .They then went as far as putting handfuls of hair in the dryer and staged other situations to make the house look bad,definitely a bad situation that could’ve easily been avoided. We have been host‘s for five years and go out of our way to make all of our customers as happy as possible. It has a full army to keep it up and running to make your stay is awesome as possible! You can easily kill us with kindness, and we will bend over backwards to any of our customers. Hard to help somebody that is making threats towards your livelihood and your business. It makes it very difficult to help them. Renters BEWARE!

Due to the sudden adverse weather we weren’t able to really use their beautiful backyard and being inside we couldn’t watch television. They had a Roku device that wouldn’t connect with any of our devices to stream television shows and to be honest the host dropped off another device but it didn’t work with their tv either so it sucked.
