(QUICK UPDATE 06/24 NEW POOL,ROOF VENTS,PAINT WORK DEEP CLEAN AND MORE!)LAKE HAMILTON POOL HOUSE has 4 bedrooms one king, two queens, I full, 1 twin and two bathrooms. A comfortable living room and a nice kitchen with plenty amenities to make food with. The back yard is very desirable with a big in ground pool and a bar right next to it, that includes a pool table and right outside of the Master bed room is a lounging area with fire pit. There also is a hot tub that can fit up to 6 people. Including a gas grill. The master bedroom has a oversized jacuzzi bath tub as well. THE HEATED POOL OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1 ST till March 30th it’s- $100 A NIGHT. 3 DAY MINIMUM it takes a full 24hrs to heat up before your stay,heater is a 400,000 BTU gas heater that works very well but is also very expensive to run. The heated pool is 80 to 85degrees. Pets are ok with owners approval and there is a $100 per pet fee. If your pet goes to the bathroom in the house or does any damage you will be charged.The back yard is secure please do not leave your pets in the house when you are not there. There is also a dog door from the laundry room to the garage and from the garage to the back yard.So they will not have to be in the heat or the cold. Please pick up after your pets. There is a community launch ramp,dock and boat trailer parking literally across the street…We are easy to get along with and hope you book lake Hamilton pool house for a great time!!

Excellent property for a staycation. This property has everything from the pool to bar and gaming area. I would recommend this property to anyone. The owner is responsive to questions and/or requests.

High school friends retreat

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly as advertised and more. The outdoor bar set up was exactly up our alley for watching college football all day Saturday. We will rent this place again. Great host wonderful property five stars.

Great property with amazing backyard

We loved this property. The house was great and the backyard is amazing with the pool, hot tub, and two covered areas. Away form the busy areas, but just a few minutes to get to everything. The host was great. Very responsive to all messages and check in was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Fun vacation house

Great house! Lots to do in the backyard. Kept the kids (and adults) busy. Plenty of room for the 8 of us inside too. Property owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Engagement party

The property was beautiful. The beds comfortable and house was clean. The bar lounge outside is where we sit and became a family between my son and his now fiancée. Her family and his family. The pool needed to be cleaned and the hot tub needs cleaning because the temp would not get over 90 degrees. The air filters in rooms needs cleaning and trash bags was not available in home. Other than those little things the property overall was exceptional!!!

Back Again

This is the second time I have booked rhis place and was pleased both times. Everything was great and we were able to just have fun and relax. There were a couple minor things that I couldn't figure out (no fault of the owner Raymond) but he was very responsive and guided me to what I needed. We will be back...for a third time! Arkansas girls getaway

Overall, good experience. Location about 15 min from most activities but great, safe, quiet beautiful neighborhood near Lake Hamilton. House spacious with simple inground pool and new hot tub, which was nice. Easy key code entry and appliances worked great. Maintenance and decor of home and outdoor spaces were…moderate, at best. Must be able to overlook things like broken dining chair, dirty disorganized kitchen cabinets and drawers, broken shower curtain that won’t stay closed, busted and dirty outdoor toys and games, etc. overall, met our needs in Arkansas.

Wonderful stay in Hot Springs

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood just a short 15 minute drive into downtown Hot Springs. The house is close to several great restaurants (Lost Creek Grill and Mi Pueblocita) along with a great donut shop and BBQ joint. Krogers and Walmart are ten minutes away and you can be in the Lake Hamilton action in under twenty minutes. However, there is no reason to leave the house because it has a glorious backyard entertainment area. We were in town for a softball tournament and everyone wanted to come to our house to relax around the pool. The owner is a dream to rent from and very responsive to my queries. The air conditioner kept the entire house cool even in 100 degree temperatures. The house has two large refrigerators to hold all of the party items. You will love the decor with its homage to Marilyn Monroe. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Perfect family vacation

This place has everything you need to have fun! We barely left the house and stayed outside most of the day. The full kitchen and outside grill (we used the charcoal) made it super convenient to just stay in and make dinner instead of going out. When you get tired of swimming you can get into the hot tub. It’s perfect at night when it’s cooler. Then hop on over to the pool table to play a game of pool, or a game of darts. The sound system was so awesome to have and we listened to it continuously while swimming or playing games. The bar area was so awesome to have right there next to the pool and pool table. We kept the drinks mixed and kept them coming. The only thing missing was a refrigerator out there. It would’ve been convenient to have, along with a place for the ice, next to where we were making drinks. We made it work by using a big bowl full of ice. If you like the small nugget ice, there is a Sonic just down the road that sells bags of their sonic ice. It’s great for drinks! Also, there is a Walmart right next to the Sonic so you can grab all your food items and stock up for the days you’re there. We will not hesitate to come back here. It was a blast!

No Pool, Non-negotiable Host

We booked the property for the pool. When we arrived, the pool was empty, with no warning from the host. Upon arriving and discovering the issue, we immediately contact the host to renegotiate price, which he was completely unwilling to do. His tone of voice and choice of words was very rude and unprofessional. Due to it being Derby weekend in town, there were NO other options for lodging, so we stayed. Over two weeks after our stay- still no partial refund received, the host contacts us for guidance on his security cameras, which we have no expertise in. Still offering no reconciliation for his error/neglect. Had the listing not shown the pool, I would not have booked. The whole experience seemed like a scam, I did not receive what was advertised, and was offered nothing to make it right. There was no cooperation from the host and his customer service was absolutely astonishing. I would not recommend booking the property or doing business with this host in any capacity.

Dissatisfied first stay

Started out ok..the host would respond to my messages of concern about how to operate thermostat..it never worked and was told to use space heaters that were there. We did this until one started to smell bad. We had to unplug it & the remaining heater did not heat the house sufficiently. WE had to purchase 2 space heaters for heat, which did not heat the house enough for everyone to be comfortable. The host asked that a package that he was having delivered to be brought into the house. We were happy to help, but soon after, he stopped responding to our messages about the lack of heat. After several more attempts to contact the host, there was never a response. So no, we were very dissatisfied with our stay & will not be recommending this host to anyone.

Beautiful home with lots of room. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub, making smores over the fire pit, and playing games in the outdoor entertainment area. Perfect place for entertaining and close to area attractions. Appreciated being able to bring our dog as well. We will definitely be back!

Nice but needs some work for the price

It's around 500 a day. Check in is late at 4 check out is early at 10. The pool was well kept but the pool building needed to be blown out. It was full of spider webs in and dirt. It's outside, so I understand there will be dust but there were spider webs everywhere. They keep the AC in a locked box at 72 degrees. We sleep at home on 70 so we were too warm. The ice maker didn't work. There was what appeared to be a leaky sink in kitchen as there was a dirty bowl of disgusting water under it that smelled. The headboard for 1 of the rooms was a ripped box spring. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the corners. The gate was breaking down and propped up by cement brick. This is near the lake but not on the lake. Most of the door handles had paint chipping off. A couple doors had damage and several light switches were missing their covers. The hot tub was greenish and had lots of sediment at the bottom. I don't usually complain but for the price it really should have been kept up better.
