Really enjoyed that the property had king size beds in all 3 rooms. The home was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The host was great when we had to call one evening after getting locked out. Would 100% recommend the property.

Wonderful weekend stay

Very comfortable stay for 3 couples. Very good location, too far for most of our party to walk to Main Street but still very convenient. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was raining when we arrived so unfortunately we could not use the outdoor space since it was too wet but I would not have been able to enjoy it anyway due to the amount of animal hair (bad allergies). The entry could be awkward since it is the bathroom connected to a bedroom and the doors were a little difficult to open. Water and coffee was provided.

Yes the animal hair is from neighborhood cats and I try to clean it off before guests arrive but unfortunately I cannot keep them from coming over to our home. I am going to look into some covers that might keep them from invading our property. Thank you for your review.

This is a perfect little property near Main Street Fredericksburg that has been thoughtfully setup to accommodate guests. We enjoyed our stay very much. Each room has a king bed and our party of 3 couples felt right at home.
