Check in to this lavish ocean view townhome and set yourself on island time! Pelican Post A is the perfect beach getaway for families and friends looking to relax, unwind, and explore beautiful Wrightsville Beach.
Imagine waking up in a super comfortable bed from a peaceful nightâs sleep and after breakfast, you take a short journey to a whole host of local shops, restaurants, and natural beauty spots along the nearby walking trail coined by locals as âThe Loopâ. Youâll love the proximity to the nearby beach access too, making trips back and forth from the beach to the house a breeze.
The common space offers ocean views plus plenty of comfortable seating for family and friends to relax and unwind together. An open floorplan offers space to enjoy one anotherâs company while hanging out in the kitchen, living, and dining areas and the covered deck is the perfect spot to cool off in a rocking chair after a fun filled day in the sun.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped for preparing fresh meals and snacks throughout your visit and the large dining room table is perfect for gathering to reconnect with one another while enjoying meals together. A propane grill is also provided so you can cook out and grill up the dayâs fresh catch.
4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms welcome up to 10 guests with fresh linens and plenty of space to spread out and unwind.
A private elevator services all levels and there is parking for up to 4 vehicles, with 2 garage spots available. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** The enclosed outdoor shower offers hot and cold water and provides a refreshing option for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
Pelican post is a two-sided duplex style vacation home where both sides can be rented individually or rented together. For larger families or groups looking for additional space, rent the adjoining side for a total of 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, 2 elevators, and sleep a maximum of 20 people comfortably! Sides may be rented individually as 4br townhomes or together as an entire 8br home. Call our office for availability or check online for Pelican Post Entire.
Parking instructions:
2 driveway spots and 2 garage sports depending on size for unit A on left side. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
