LOCATION - 2.5 miles north of Main Street
HOST - Private Casa with no host onsite. There are 4 buildings on the property, La Casa & 3 Casitas. The 3 Casitas are separate from La Casa. Rent La Casa & all 3 Casitas to sleep up to 22 people.
SLEEPS - Up to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms; 3 king bedrooms & one bed room with queen bunkbeds
BATH - 3 bathrooms; 2 bathrooms have a shower/tub combo & the other has a walk in shower
KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with a traditional coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee and tea are provided
AMENITIES - Smart TVs throughout the house with ROKU (70” in the living area & 65” in the gameroom), WiFi, wood burning fireplace (wood not provided), swimming pool, hot tub, gameroom, patio with seating & charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), indoor & outdoor games including horseshoe pit, corn hole, dart board & poker table, extra folding table available in the bunk room closet, off street parking

Things to be aware of:
- The home's television only includes free channels offered through Roku. As a result, if you want to watch live television or a program from a subscription service, you will need to bring your own log in information from home with you.
- The home has security cameras facing both the parking lot and front porch.

The pool depth ranges from 3.5 to 5.5 feet.

Entire house to yourself. There are three smaller accommodations on the property that are approximately 140 feet from your accommodation and may be occupied during your stay. However, none of the amenities of your accommodation are shared with those other units.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
