Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. Beautiful modern home with cinema room, large outdoor decking area, rear garden, 3 queen bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, all beds have a wonderful Emma mattress and with beautiful comfortable bedding. All linen is provided.
You will sleep like Kings and Queens !!! If there are any additional guests that may need extra sleeping arrangements, we are happy to provide an air mattress with extra linen, towels etc.. Just note as i've described in amenities under room spaces that the master room will not be accessible that door will be locked but the whole house will be at your disposal fully.


The main living area offers two large comfortable leather couches and a large 75" Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Plex for you to relax in and watch all your favourite movies or tv series.
To top it up, unwind in the Cinema room, relax totally in one of the four recliner chairs where you can watch all your favourite or classic movies where you will find an abundance of movies to choose from in the drawer in the cabinet.

House has a fully functional kitchen with a 900 cm freestanding oven and everything you could ask for where you can cook up a storm.

Kitchen offers everything from kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker, juice maker, microwave, oven etc.
The kitchen also provides a fabulous fully automatic Phillips Saeco coffee machine with arabica coffee beans provided where you can enjoy an espresso or cafe latte in the mornings.


Outdoors there is a huge undercover decking area with large table and chairs where you can entertain your guests and have a beautiful outdoor dinner and take in the surroundings of the beautiful lush green garden and the amazing tropical trees, you will feel like you are at a small oasis !!! you could cook a beautiful bbq even in the winter times.

A large study area with a comfortable desk and chair for your work at home time or could just be a room away from everything else.

Home has cooling and heating throughout.

You could also while staying there go and visit the closest beach in the area which is Carrum beach which is only 20 mins away, 1 hr to Philip island, 45 mins to Mornington Peninsula and the hot springs. 45 mins to the airport.
