Easy access to CBD via a direct train line, located right at your doorstep!
Centrally located in Moonee Ponds, it’s minutes from the dining precinct of Puckle Street with countless coffee shops and eateries, and the train station provides a 15-minute ride to the city center.
Stylishly designed, this home has been immaculately presented with everything you need for a memorable stay. It’s staged across two levels, with living and dining downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.
Ascend upstairs to find the bedrooms and main bathroom. The master comes with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are beautifully dressed in hotel-quality linens and come with mirrored wardrobes for storing your belongings and air-conditioning/heating to ensure a good night’s sleep.
There is a secure, designated undercover car park for you to use. There is also time-restricted street parking in the area.

Please note, that you will need to climb 1 set of stairs to get to the apartment. Our home is a split-level apartment, there will be 1 flight of stairs in the home as well.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy - lounge in our living space to look out at the view, unwind on our relaxing couch, and make some delicious meals in the kitchen.
If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend you take your taxi or Uber to our apartment. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival.
We're available for contact through the VRBO chat. I am happy to give any recommendations or answer any questions. We also respect your privacy, so if you would like to just enjoy your stay on your own, we have no problem with that too!
The best form of communication is via the VRBO chat, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. The phone number attached to our account is strictly for emergencies. This number attached to our account is answered by our property manager and he can help you with any issues with keys or access to the apartment. But please message us first because we are very responsive on the chat.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.
One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.
Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.
Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the VRBO chat for confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering that would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
