Blair, loose tiles giving way underfoot on the only stairs you had for loading and unloading cars is not something you should have had to work around. The broken tiles have been pulled and the treads are being redone this week. The dirty dishwasher and the linen shortfall are on us as well: nine guests, three towels, no hand towels, one roll in each bath. Stocking counts at the property are now set by the number of guests on the booking, hand towels included, and the departure check has the dishwasher and paper goods as sign-off items.
