Following the second bedroom, the laundry room will be to your right along the same wall where the thermostat is located. Following the hall is the large and full equipped kitchen. The dining area is equipped with a table and 4 matching chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table and a large flat screen television equipped with Roku and other streaming applications. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, walk in closet and includes an en suite bath. The en suite bath is complete with a large walk in shower with glass door, soaking tub and double sink vanity.

There is plenty to offer within walking distance such as, River Oaks Shopping District which includes plenty of upscale shopping and restaurant options. There is a public bus transit stop located conveniently across the street on Mid Lane and Westheimer Road.

We manage multiple units at this location, therefore, the unit will be assigned or can be changed up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please be advised that unit decor, layout, the floor the apartment is on, and views are not guaranteed. Requests may be taken into consideration but not guaranteed.
Guest will have access to all on site amenities.
Front door to home will have a key pad. Guest will need to use fob to access onsite amenities and parking pass for access to the resident garage.
